Just started watching ,but finding it crazy these people who have been to court for other cases for years now are being read apparently instructions they have never had to follow in court before.

And you can tell they all confused and feel like they did something wrong. IMO.

HHJP asking these questions for the possibility of contempt proceedings and he refers to a three pronged ?thingy? he has to have.

Witness: (Eiklenbloom sp?) No I was never asked to file such a report. HHJP: Who were you mainly communicating with: Mr. Baez. Then Witness admits he was only asked to write a report a few days ago. Witness says he was available to be contacted by DT by email, phone, or skype.

I just can not believe that Baez never told any of his experts to write a full report of opinions and reasons for such opinions! He need a good ol fashioned paddling! How can he expect to get away with this?
