Come on Baez, using your own witness to complain about the Judges orders concerning opinion requirments before testimony is rather lame and extremely immature and childish. IMO!

  • #1,582
HHJP asking the expert witness if he disappeared during the timeframe.

IMO, ICA visibly winced at the thought of "disappearing," as in the 31 days where she did?

Just wondering.

Baez, like his client, will never accept responsibility for his actions.

  • #1,584
Great now JB is trying to blame this on the witnesses WIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd NEVER let an atty do that to my spouse. Poor woman.

  • #1,585
Somebody correct me please, I thought this "affair" happened way after ICA went to jail....I thought they met during the search for Caylee? If so, how could GA use her description during his interview????

also, KH/RC is cute...but she is not a 10 :snooty:

How is this helping Baez??? Baez was suppose to tell the guy to do a report. He didn't do it. Period. Baez is guilty. These questions aren't helping him. He can't even defend himself.

  • #1,587
What? Baez is now throwing this guy's wife under the bus!

  • #1,588
Is the jury in the room while HHJP asks Eikenbloom these questions about whether (or not) he was instructed to write a report?

  • #1,589
Judge Perry asked how many times did He speak w defense.Eikelenboom says they stopped talking for a period of time. He mostly talked w/ Baez

Who is Michelle Medina?

This was commented on the other day, but I think it bears repeating. I have no doubt that this woman is guilty, but I also believe in due process and there is something wrong when someone could be condemned mainly due to ineffective counsel. I'm not sure what will happen from here on out, but to me, if she does get the DP, I think something is wrong with that. Because no matter what the opinions here are, everyone is entitled due process and effective counsel. She's not getting that with this trial and I think that's an issue, mainly because the DP is in play.

ITA and no she is not getting it. That's for sure city!!

Typical JB...now blaming this witness's wife and Michelle Medina of his office.

Of course JB had nothing at all to do with any of this.

He is a tool.

People are NOT mocking their knowledge or education. People are mocking the FACT that it is clear they are evasive or bending the truth in order to ensure they help the Defense. State witnesses were a lot more forthcoming and didn't hem and haw during cross, making them appear questionable. JB often told State witnesses to answer "yes or no" and they would, while Defense witnesses don't simply answer yes or no, they have to say things like "Well it could also have happened xyz". This has nothing to do with their education. Personally I don't understand why these learned and educated people that are held in high esteem are agreeing to help the defense by omitting details or making random assumptions not based on fact. All of DT witnesses have admitted that the information they got on this cased is based solely on what they were told by Defense and basically nothing else.
For an expert witness to come to the stand and say she examined where she THINKS the recovery site is TWO MONTHS LATER and make any conclusion about it, is ridiculous. Regardless of how many years of schooling she has.

And this is ALL JUST MY OPINION.
BBM Because of the almighty dollar! I have seen it at my work and it is disgusting.

Let's blame the women...the wife and the secretary... Dr E and JB have no responsibility here as to the report. One can't exclude anything from any report that they were never asked to report.

I have a couple of questions for Baez, "Is ICA that important to you?" "Why are you willing to fall on the sword for her and risk your career?"

No one would risk everything if there wasn't something even better at the end of it all! jmo

That's ICA's call...she has been asked many times if she was happy with her representation...JMHO

I think the issues we are seeing is the defense is bringing in many excuses to why things seem to point to KC. we have to assume a dog buried a bone rather than the bones have been there for several months. We have to assume that someone else placed the tape over the bones because that person wanted to keep the jaw in place to make this look like a crime? or for fun? Rather than believe that KC placed the tape from her home over the mouth of her child three times to kill her.

We are then asked to believe that coffin flies were attracted to a few ounces of tabacco spit in a closed container at the body dump, rather than the actual dead body.

We are to believe that trash in the trunk of KC's car although containing NO FOOD was the cause of maggots, flies and a decomp smell, rather than the body actually being in the trunk at some point leaving behind all of these things including a smell that could still be picked up 2 years after the trash was removed and trunk liner.

We are asked to believe that Caylee drowned in her pool and that no one attempted CPR or called authorities because both GA and KC were sure Caylee was dead and were so afraid of Cindy Anthony they both decided it would be better to let her body rot someplace and pretend like nothing happened. RATHER than believe that KC was the last to be seen with a live Caylee, that she only knows what happened, that her car has evidence of a dead caylee in it, that she alone dumped the body and she alone worked to cover it up.

We are to believe that a stranger somehow figured out where Caylee's body was first decomposing and stole the body, kept it with him until a reward was announced then set up the tape and resting place in the woods so that he could become rich and famous (which he has not to this day become either).

We are to believe that a girl who claims she was horridly molested by her father decided to protect him, cover up the drowning for 3 years, sit in jail and continue to follow his lead even when she was out on bond and able to tell what happened and face a lesser charge if any and have him arrested for molestation as well.

I can go on and on - the defense is asking the jury to REACH for the bizarre rather than common sense and the evidence. I have seen NO REASONABLE DOUBT.

Well Mendara your post certainly made my day. Thanks

It's always someone else ... now it's the wife of this witness. And Ms. Medina. I'd walk if I were Ms. Medina.

Baez is trying his best to obfuscate matters, hoping to cover his own butt, with leading questions, at that.
