I agree with you. Casey couldn't possibly understand what is wrong with her team...I can't quite understand it myself. Everyone keeps giving Mason credit for being a fabulous lawyer but I can't understand why he is so "absent" during the proceedings.

The fact that Baez is trying to shift the blame is absolutely telling about his character, IMO. He's lead council, FGS, it's his job to make sure everything gets done on time, according to Court orders, etc.

Didn't I hear HHJP say within the past few days that JB was supposed to notify the court of any new opinions, no matter how late? So, JB's "just finding out" is still not an excuse, right?
