Can't see how anything RC says that GA said to her would be anything but hearsay. He's not on trial. Unless defense asks for exception to hearsay. Not sure what exception would apply, though.

This is simply unbelievable. ICA has a real possibility to get an ineffective assistance of counsel appeal.

JB's blunders aren't just small they're freaking HUGE!!! I'd be pissed if I were ICA.

There was TH discussion yesterday that ICA is being told how great things are going, how the jury is perceiving the "truth" and that she really doesn't know how deep this hole is. That she still thinks Jose is doing great and doesn't understand the court proceedings. IMO

So I'm confused about what's going on...as a FL taxpayer I'm going to have to contribute to the DT doing DNA testing outside the US when everything states that the body was underwater for months thereby destroying any DNA????? All the b/c JB thinks he's a DNA expert and watched the OJ trial instead of going to law school?????

Oh sheesh. Isn't this the same issue they argued about pre-trial? About a US lab being able to do the same thing?

yowee! That worries me because I remember a juror on the panel is supposed to go on vacation overseas and it had been planned for a long time and the Judge said no worries the trial will be over by that time (sometime in July I think).

Yeah, His Honor has been a little "off" on the timing of things..........
