Jennifer Welch always makes me smile and makes me feel relaxed. I love her demeanor despite what she has to do and how many times she's been on the stand.

I couldn't agree more! She's really grown on me. Definitely one of my favorite characters from this entire trial. She seems so .. squeaky clean!

What I love is that even under defense questioning, the CSI folks continually reinforce how thorough and intelligent they are. They stick closely to their protocols and are confident in the quality of their evidence.

Didn't she do the cross on LA? She was all breathy and soft-spoken. She sounded like Marilyn Monroe. Not the strong, all business voice we hear today.

No, it's not just you......I was sitting here wondering if they were doing this on purpose. They have to be, there is NO WAY every one of the DT is this ineffective. NO WAY.

I don't know...honestly, I prefer her voice and demeanour but the issue with numbers makes her seem unprepared. MOO though.

I don't understand. Are they STILL trying to say the skull was moved?
They really need to get to the meat of their defense - the abuse, the drowning, the bad relationship between KC and George - Kronk etc.

Welch is NOT goign to give them anything but make their story look silly.
