I hope when all of this is over that they yank JB's law license ... he should have never been admitted in the first place. He is a disgrace to the profession and every hard working lawyer should stand up and shout it to the world.

From what I can gather, and someone correct me if I am wrong, the trunk stain was tested for DNA but none was found because DNA isn't found in decomp fluids. Baez says HIS Dr. can find DNA in decomp. That's where the different issue is.

Jeeze - every document or photograph that DS asks Welch about - seems Welch doesn't have. What is DS basing her questioning on?

Their bates stamp numbers are different. I don't understand that. I thought the bates stamp was put on the report when the originator copied them. I recently did a deposition and he kept asking me to look at the bates stamp. I finally said 'wtheck is that?" and my lawyer had to teach me. The guy that deposed me was JB's brother from another mother, I'm sure of it.

When she is convicted and her chances of appeal are 'remote'. It's not a sprint, it's a marathon.

BBM. Thanks for pointing that out to me. lol. IMO, the fact the victim gets lost in the defense hubris increases the likelyhood that the defendant walks or receives a less than fair sentence. Trials needs to more victim friendly....and they are not.

I don't understand. Are they STILL trying to say the skull was moved?
They really need to get to the meat of their defense - the abuse, the drowning, the bad relationship between KC and George - Kronk etc.

Welch is NOT goign to give them anything but make their story look silly.

I think to support Dr. Spitiz's allegation that the skull was manipulated ie. tape and the hair placement.
