Ashton is being very helpful, smiling and pleasant this morning with DS up for the defense: good idea to isolate his reaction to JB, as in only JB is the problem.

DCS seems to be fumbling on purpose. Perhaps to sweeten that BAD TASTE their behavior has left in the jurors mouths.

"Sweet little old me can't work this equiptment. I'm just trying to do my job here."

Yup, like CM can't hear, DS can't deal with technology, JB can't lawyer or draw or spell... just fumbling, bumbling, mumbling victims - all of them.

Call me anal for liking to be prepared...but if I was going to be before a jury and tv cameras in a high profile case, I'd sure as heck KNOW how to use the equipment to publish evidence. What would it take? 10 minutes before or after court to familiarize myself.

Another thing that bothers me, Biaz, before he was accepted to the Bar taught internet research to lawyers and owned an online store. He is either bumbling with technology on purpose or those lawyers wasted their money.

Hmm me thinks DCS just got thrown up there when JB left the podium as he needed time to prepare JMO.. I feel for her..
