Did HHJP tell JB to stand at podium? Why is he standing there? For his spanking?

“violation not inadvertent"

What does it mean to impeach a witness? I know it means to find differences in their statments, but what happens if a witness is impeached?

Love how HJBP says "again" three times...

If there is an acquittal, would Casey be allowed out on bail pending the next trial?

  • #1,727
HHJP finds the violation was not inadvertant, but willful.

  • #1,728
Does anyone think ICA understands what is happening to her case?

  • #1,729
This violation is not inadvertant, should have been clearly communicated with expert...therefore discovery violation was (willful?) and not inadvertant...

The problem is in December 2010 JB did not have the Kronk/Drowning/Bad daddy defense in hand. MO

HHJP must get so weary of repeating himself...over and over and over and over and over...

and over again. Poor HHJP. :(

Baez is shifting on his feet as the Chief Judge is making ruling by reminding Baez how many times he was ordered to disclose expert opinions

JB with arms crossed like a kid in front of the principal.

I will be honest. I wish JB could be benched for a flagrant foul. I wish he could be fined like a professional sports player. he gets on my ever lasting last nerve. Sorry, that will be the last of my ranting about JB.

TBH you are correct. But both sides have been engaging in this types of gamesmanship (JA and JB).

I know everyone here loves the prosecution and hates the defense but I take an objective view. An example of the prosecution's games was Ashton's comment about Baez's texting. I am sure that I need give no examples to the memebrs of this board of Baez's gamesmanship.

Both sides should just cut this out

I think I can objectively say that JB texting while HHJP is speaking is rude and disrespectful to not only the judge and opposing counsel, but the jury as well.

JA pointing it out was snarky, but not gamesmanship IMO. JA gets annoyed by everything JB gets away with, as do we all.

This isn't about letting the State off for bad behavior. We are amazed they are keeping their cools as well as they are.

Oh man...HHJP is going to allow the testimony?
