Ah so Casey got her details of the 'drowning' accident story from a cell mate. These details were on JB's hard drive that he's had "for many years" per LDB.

I think HHJP might be referring to him as Dr out of habit, since most of the scientific witnesses have been Ph.D's
He is not a Dr in Holland either. He stated he has a science degree that is between a B.S and M.S.
