So I thought the argument was that they NEVER focused on anyone else and ONLY focused on Casey.

Now they want to introduce this information to show that the focus was on OTHER people in addition to the defendant?!

What... like they did a thorough investigation and eliminated the others and that left them with the defendant... like, they are supposed to do?!

Wow. In OS, JB criticized LE for zeroing in on ICA. Now, CM argues that LE did not zero in but considered other scenarios. Guess they want it both ways.

I don't like how the Judge scolds the prosecution while he laughs it up with the CM. I do respect/love the Judge but it makes me sad.

CM pontificating. LDB objects. HHJP reprimands LDB for interrupting and objecting, saying there's no Jury present and he's got enough experience to come to his own conclusion. Paraphrasing.

HHJP laying it down, citing case law as to what is relevant evidence. He's a gem, I love him.

one thing both sides agree upon is that ICA was aware of exactly what happened so they can’t really argue whether she should or should not have been prime consideration in investigation. Hey CM....she was their when Caylee drowned right? huh? Huh?
