But it is well known for the last year or so that Cindy and George have been clutching their Bibles and hanging with their church peeps...some of those church peeps sit with them in court...

I think it was Janie Weintraub I heard yabbering last night about how all the Prosecution's evidence is speculation.....heard it from LKB/Dr Baden, Barringer, Geragos and every other Defense-side guest any of these shows has on all the time. The problem with that is it's complete speculation that Caylee drowned too. There is zero evidence of that happening. IF Casey had called 911 or IF Casey hadn't thrown the three bags where she did or IF Casey had let investigators to her remains.....they MIGHT have been able to prove drowning. She shouldn't get a pass if it can't be proven.

I think it's her. All DT has to do is produce another photo of that dress to back up the claim if the state wants to pursue it.

I have sliding doors like the ones shown and I also have a 3 and 5 year old neither of which can open the door by themselves unless you crack it a bit first I think it is something to do with the way it seals.

What about if the question is not if she guilty, but about the DP though? How relevant is it then?

To me, not at all. I've already decided that if I do conclude she's guilty of first degree murder, I probably would go with LWOP. Primarily because I don't believe, at this point, the state has proven premeditated murder.

But again, that's just me. I'm not a juror.
