This may be wishful thinking, but I am praying to God that LA's presence in the courtroom right now (when he hasn't been there for most of the trial so far) during his mother's testimony is to show his support for his father and to face the madness that is set to come as if to say "It's a lie - we didn't touch her". I pray to God that in CA's patheic attempt at trying to help ICA, that she remembers she still has a husband and son and that they don't deserve being thrown under the bus for this ridiculous sexual abuse claim. Someone needs to slap some sense into that woman!!!

Oh my gosh...I told my husband that a few days ago and he thought it was a crazy theory. I said...oh you have no idea what this family is capable of and they'll use the floor plan to show the master bedroom is on one side of the house and rest of the bedrooms are on the other. Lee could have easily woken up to the imaginary abuse.

I said it during opening statements, it would not surprise me AT ALL if GA and LA knew ahead of time the abuse stuff was gonna be brought up and they agreed to go along with it (all to save Casey).

However, if that is true and they do admit it, wouldn't charges have to be filed against them? How would that work?

I think JB wants to show marital troubles already to use as GA's reason to cover up -- didn't want to rock the marriage any further.

I know it is IS...but the lawyers are saying they are pretty sure the defense does not need to put forward a theory at all, and since it was in the OS, it is not evidence anyway...all say they have never seen this happen before, what JP is asking...
