At least this gives the state a chance to fill in some of the enormous holes Cindy left in her great big flapping lies yesterday. If they revisit some of the computer stuff that is.

Pictures of the back yard and the pool I bet is what the intern went to make copies of... I think I am going to dread this.

Oh I get it, the ladder lie is going to come in now.

KC looking somber, hmmm, is it a prepare to cry day?

Was one program determined to be the "correct" program? How do we know that Cache Back got it wrong, and not the other way around?

There was a cumulative progression of myspace access reported by the other program, remember...81, 82, 83.

That, and if you go with the Cacheback report you'd have to believe that someone accessed the chloroform page 84 times while only looking at myspace once during that period. makes more sense the other way around.

I firmly believe what the A's are doing are trying to save her life, not trying to get her found not guilty. I listened to their lawyer last night on 360 and he still never denied that he said that they told him they believe she is 'not innocent'. The point was made that 'not innocent' is not necessarily the same as 'not guilty'. 'innocent' is not a legal term, it's either guilty or not guilty.

Vinnie Politan tweeted: Cindy just coming out of meeting with defense.

Then he tweeted first witness: Cindy

(Sorry if this should go in the side bar. It's closed.)

I'm feeling strangely flat this morning. Could it be that I'm seeing this whole defense in a harsher light and I'm left feeling, well, a little quesy? In my opinion, this whole "ineffective" counsel bruhaha has been an act. Cindy and George may fully have participated in the opening statements, knowing KC wouldn't go on the stand, that nothing could be proven - just thrown out there like a baby in a trash bag? Sacrifice it all for KC and leave little Caylee out there to rot figuratively and realistically? Not saying they participated in the murder, but my "gut feeling" is that this whole defense is a dog and pony show meant to do one thing only, and that's to cause enough reasonable doubt to keep her either out of jail or off death row. I have no respect for any one of them, including CA and GA. Sorry but I am feeling heavy hearted this morning and needed to get that out.

I am assuming they liked the feeling of the "win" yesterday and want to get more damning info out to start the day.

CA: So help me God, yes.

BROTTTTTHHHHHERRRRRR.

  • #154
Oh God help me, I don't think I can listen to her again.

  • #155
Why do they even bother swearing her in.

  • #156
I don't trust her because she says "So help me God, yes." when she is sworn in. It strikes me as such a liar thing to do, like saying "Honestly!". She did that yesterday, too.

Cindy: "So help me God, yes."

She's acting scared.....gimme a break!!!

  • #159
JB wants to talk to CA about the shorts Caylee was wearing when she was found
