I still say that a thee year old could not climb that ladder by them self. Especially not one as small as Caylee was.

Most 3 year olds I know can climb ladders like that all by themselves. Little kids are great climbers.

Sidebar #3... Ok this was done when the State did this and CA did not cry like she is doing now. She was shown and explained how she would get Caylee into the pool there were no tears why is she bawling now. She knows what she is about to do.

What difference does it make that Cindy thinks the shorts didn't fit her...it was Caylee in the swamp thrown away like garbage. What if the shorts don't fit, you must acquit???

Edit: I agree, kids that age can climb ladders like that. It's actually easier for them to go up then down.
