I wonder if the state will find the manufacturer of the shorts and have them testify about the way those shorts were sized. It is very common for kids sizes to be all over the place. I never buy children's clothing based only on the label size.

I totally agree!!!!

Take a good look at the video and you can see that the shorts were very roomy and loose...plus she had a diaper on under them!!!

I'm a little shocked this morning. At myself.

Never in 3 years have I had anything but sympathy for this witness.

This morning her tears disgust me.

Wow. That's all I'm saying. Wow

I am the opposite. I have had three years of disgust over the lying, deflecting, finger pointing, and investigation interference. Cindy lying on the stand does not surprise me one bit.

I am still shocked. I am also very very sad that somebody would do all those things in order to assist a child killer.

I can't believe she is lying about the date of that picture...I am in shock that nobody has caught it. That video of caylee/ICA was taken appr six months before her death.

Cindy just testified and Jose verified it as 18 months prior...no way was Caylee 18 mos in that PIC. Look at the haircut on ICA...fast forward 6 months..you can see the growth.

We had code red air quality the other day cause smoke from Carolina fires blew up to Va beach.. and my eyes were leaking ALL day too.. and not once did I wipe tears away and look at them..

I still say that a thee year old could not climb that ladder by them self. Especially not one as small as Caylee was.

Depends on the 3 year-old. My husband had a ladder going up to the roof and I turned around for 30 seconds and my 3 year-old son was headed up following his father.
