ICA whispered to JB when Linda asked CA to look at pictures and he objected right away. He needs ICA to tell him what to do!?

well she is the CEO..-LOL

My head hurts with Cindy. Like she plays both sides.

Yeah, you should see my post about that in the 6/23/11 Cindy's Testimony thread. That's exactly what she does.

Wonder if the jury caught that. How could Casey could have bought clothes (or anything else) for Caylee since she didn't bother to work for a living? :waitasec:

She could have walked in the store with Caylee in one outfit and left with her in a new one.

yah LDB you can’t reach in and retrieve from pool (and freshly drowned bodies sink)

CA: photo of Caylee at sliding glass door from aprox spring 2008

  • #1,807
Was Caylee left-handed? For a heavy door...wouldn't she have used her right hand?

  • #1,808
Woot! LDB got CA to admit that an adult could not reach anything in the pool when standing at the side unless that object was within a few inches of the edge!

asking about the picture, at the door.

I think LDB is doing amazingly. I think her tone is perfect. Someone has to shake CA out of this stupor. She's making all of CA's lies seem ridiculous, and CA seems to be coming out of it eeeeeeever so slightly.

LDB is seriously my hero. I wish I could be like her when I grow up. If I ever grow up.

Maybe she is saving the video as a BOOYA! Moment in closing statement! I feel like a kid on Xmas day dang golly!

LBD now making the same point I made earlier today about life vests, instructions to be careful, get adults to swim with her, etc.. :)

My niece is all about routines. Had she gotten brave and decided she was a big girl enough to go for a forbidden swim, she would have gotten her swimsuit, probably her water shoes and her life jacket or arm floaties on.

Getting back to Caylee, I have seen pictures of her clinging to Cindy like a kitten in that pool because she was nervous. I don't think she would have gone up that ladder and in the pool alone even if she was the strongest most coordinated baby in the world that lifted the ladder and hooked it on. George testified Caylee would ask to go swimming or do an activity.

Will someone please tell Cindy the word is "depict", NOT "depLict"!!!

Oops, guess it's already been pointed out. Another downfall of not being able to keep up with every single post!!

I was going to say - is that even a word???!! Thanks!

Cindy says Caylee was a compliant child. They were careful about giving Caylee instructions about the pool. #CaseyAnthony -jfell

#CindyAnthony also says the sliding glass door (to the backyard) was too heavy for her to push. #caseyanthony
by oscaseyanthony via twitter at 10:16 AM

#CaseyAnthony Burdick also makes the point Caylee was compliant.

These jurors are paying attention, but there's not much more to add about them. #CaseyAnthony

I thought we determined that the video of Casey playing with Caylee was taken in 2008. IIRC we determined that by the length of Casey's hair and Caylee's hair.

It totally agree with this. Plain as day to me, from the very beginning. Hoped the Anthony's would not do this but it appears they are and have been all along. IMO

Since we know, I believe LDB and JA are also aware of what they are dealing with, as they have access to alot more info than us, and will deal with this plot and neutralize it!!

I hope the jury is paying close attention to Casey's current behavior including how the whispering and writing is followed by Baez's objections. If she drowned accidentally, why are they fighting this evidence so hard? Makes no sense to me.

My suspicion is that those were the shorts kept in the backpack in case of emergency, and Cindy knew it. In that case, she would have known they should have been in the backpack that Casey still had in the car.

CA:" NO WAY could Caylee open the side gate"

What is ICA shaking her noggin at? really? UGH

Maddening, isn't it? Just like her incessant talking at the table to her "team," offering nonsensical ramblings about who-knows-what.
