JB: Caylee was a baby, right? A regular toddler?

WTH?!

Oops, Mr. Baez. Caylee never got to see her third birthday...thanks to your client.

LOL LOL LOL She cracks me up.

Sounds like CA did all the disciplining of Caylee, shopping, dressing of Caylee, washing, sorting and storing of her clothes. What in the world did ICA ever do besides "babysit" her

I may be losing my mind, but did CA just refute her testimony of yesterday as to her whereabouts on June 16 and being at work? Yesterday, it was I could have been home doing those computer searches? Today, she was @ work?

No, she didn't. The searches on the computer were on MAR 17 and MAR 21, not JUNE.

This testimony proves to me Cindy was Caylee's mother. (even if she hadn't filed for custody)

They appear on the phone bill (sent & received), at least for me. I would guess that this means they would also be on the phone records.

Oh my gosh, Baez, you know nothing about children. imo

He would not pay his Child Support so perhaps he did not have contact with his children.

Cindy went through Caylee's drawers if she had time to take out the clothing that no longer fit?????

Where the heck was Caylee's mother? Isn't that something the mother does?
I just don't get it at all.
This precious child belonged to Cindy. Casey was the Nanny/Babysitter!

SA back up.

She said she would store outgrown clothing in ICA's room. Convenient, no? Putting the shorts in an even more accessible place for the inmate.

:)

You can always tell an Antho-lie because of the overly-detailed answers. Like when asked if Caylee's clothing were usually kept in Casey's room. Then CA goes on about how it depends if LA was living at home - blah blah blah blah (instead of just answering the question).

Playing catch up here...during cross exam Linda Burdick pointed out lots of inconsistencies in Cindy's times and dates

JA giving LDB a pep talk.

I'm surprised by the comments about the word "panties." We use that word all the time and think nothing of it. My British extended family says "knickers."
