Sorry for this possibly ignorant question, but I still don't understand why CA was asked all the detailed questions about clothing storage, sizes, the shorts, etc? Is there really any question that Caylee's clothing came from her bedroom? I don't get it. . . .

If someone could enlighten me (b/c I know there are people who 'get this' to a higher degree than I do!) please help!

If LA admitted in court to sexual abuse wouldn't that have an impact regarding future children he may have and being an admitted sex offender? Wouldn't social services have to monitor him if he and Mallory had kids?

Jurors aren't missing this.... sidebar every time the DT gigs you?? That would scream at me if I were a juror that the SAO is hiding stuff from me... it would reinforce any doubt I would be looking at.

But the defense did the same thing during the State's case. It goes both ways.

It would be silly of the jury to think the State is hiding something, when Baez objected so very much and called for sidebars during the State's case. That's what lawyers do!
