Well, that with Det. Melich was pointless. Other than to show how professional and how much of a great witness Det. Melich is!
Isn't this bad for defense if on rebuttal LDB asks Yuri if he has seen the car lately and asks him what, in his opinion, it smells like and Yuri responds that it still smells like death. jmo

I could just scream. Guess this is foundation for some convoluted cadaver dog conspiracy against ICA. PT looks amused. lol

If JB is scoring points here, I don't know what they are....

He is just planting his sickley little garden with seeds of doubt. Hopefully none will take root with the jury.

LDB and JA looking amused. Shaking their heads.

Two witnesses w/big yellow paper...called in to have paper as evidence. Of what I do not know? Can anyone clue me in to what Baez is doing? I've been up all night and hope that's why I'm not getting it. If not, the DT is in big doodoo.

Gotta admit, it has always bugged me that cadaver dogs weren't taken into the house itself.

Good point.

Would show that ICA either brought Caylee from the trunk to in the house to do what she did with the bags.

If there was no hits of a deceased Caylee in the house would that infer that the crime was committed when CA and Caylee were not at the house because CA would be unable to carry her into the house deceased and decomping. CA would have had to then take the bags out to Caylee in the trunk.

Based on size decomp staining (small) would that mean that Caylee was only there when she was in a bag?

On other hand how would hair the gotten out of the bag? Taping would have been difficult on a deceased Caylee, more likely it would have twisted. So was hair there because Caylee was taped before being put in bag?

Sneaky sneaky Baez....I'll give you credit on that catch.

Today must be dedicated as "make the police look like liars" day. An aside......it WON'T work.

Why doesn't he just say GA took the car and dropped Caylee off at Roy's? OH YEAH, it wouldn't make any sense!
