Me either now. I think AF is there to ask for a mistrial based on the other Court ruling on DP in FL. Btw, it was only for that case, not all DP cases.

If it was for LWOP I would be ok with a plea because they always have to make a confession and accept guilt during a plea and also no appeals

IMO< that would be the main thing stopping her. Ashton's NOT going to take a plea unless ICA admits IT ALL. I truly don't know if she's capable of telling the truth, and in open court?
