I agree with those that are saying AF is there to argue against the death penalty due to the recent court ruling... just to get it on the record in case the DP does end up being abolished in FL.

WFTV thinks maybe a plea deal. That's why Ann Finnell there, Jose and Mason on there way in court.

i think if i was her lawyer (and i am not a lawyer) i'd be looking for a deal right now. just to take the DP off the table.

the prosecution has this just about in the bag but there is just no predicting what a jury will do. so they may feel a plea bargain is in the best interests of the state as well.

i'm at work and - well, let's just say that this case has impacted my productivity.
