I guess for once we could say thank you to CM! I've been wanting someone to do that for a while.

Again, why are the attorney's here at 8:30 if they are still going to keep the jury waiting at 9am?

Maybe the attorney's should come in at 7am from now on.

So motions and house keeping issues can be argued and out of the way, so that when the jury arrives at 9am, everyone is ready to proceed.
