Hearing about this new DP ruling... I don't see why any mistrial would come from it. The change really has nothing to do with the jury. It really is just a change on the jury form and what the judge can do. what the heck is going on?? Where is the judge? The rest of the folks seem to be in the court room but him.

Jose just came in with a big blow up an aerial pic of neighborhood. Looks like he's getting ready for testimony. #caseyanthony

C'mon peeps! Just because AF filed a motion doesn't mean it will be granted. The circumstances in THIS case and the one where the DP was ruled unconstitutional are NOT the same. That defendant had a history of mental problems and I believe low IQ, among other mitigating factors.

Here, let's try to stay positive. How about looking forward to a nice lunch?

I'm good with that, no possibility for mistrial and JB is just isn't the brightest light in the bunch.

What about Geraldo Rivera saying the every thing would resume today?

Is it possible that the DT thought that any motions would be decided over the weekend and that didn't happen?

This is surreal.

I hope HHJP tells the dt he is going to hear AF's motion at the end of the trial, just like all the other attempts at mistrial.

JB now sitting beside KC. She won't even look at him. He looks irritated...pursed lips and glancing up at the ceiling.

But I bet that's why KC had her happyhappyhappy face on today. She *thought* that she has an out for a mistrial. Uh no sweetcheeks. IMHO ain't gonna happen. Get over it.

(going to go clean the kitchen real quick, please post every.single.word! BRB)

"Jeff Ashton is back. Court should be starting shortly"

state can take death penalty off table at any time but AF would ask for mistrial saying they just used that to get more favorable jury Bill S

Since Dr. Furton is back, state has deposed him on his new opinions, and that's where we left off.. That might be where we start today

Yeah, I'm seriously not going to be well if they get a mistrial. I'm pretty emotionally invested in this. Not sure I can go through it again.

Wow, this is so unlike HHBP to not start @ the top of the hour.....he must be reading something or "crafting" a new order/instructions etc......(?)
