Anyway, I'm at work and while I can't really go surfing around the internet too much I can watch...I mean listen to....a news site. Praying that the Florida court will write it in stone that Calley Anthony was a precious and important human being and her killer will pay the penalty for her murder.
Feeling sort of nervous and sick...will be back when I get home.

Yes but Perry does not want this case coming back. Especially due to some change in the lay of case law.

Actually, if this was anyone of us we'd likely be on our way to death row in Florida. All the screaming about her not being about to get a fair trial yet with that attorney and that story she stands a better chance of walking than most people. The judge and state have been on needles and pins since this started so fearful of a mistrial. That would be fine if that was the way most trials were conducted but the media attention has given Casey a huge benefit IMO.
