On Saturday the Defense filed a motion to determine competency to proceed. Based on that motion the court ordered the Defendant to be examined by 3 psychiatrists. The Court appointed 3 independent experts. The first was Dr. Daniel Tressler - he examined her on Saturday. The Court also appointed Dr. Harry McClaren who examined her on Saturday. Dr. Court also appointed Dr. Ryan Hall who examined her on Sunday. Both are willing to stip that the court may utilize the reports? State - yes. Defense - no objections.

Based on the reports, the court will find that the defendant is competent to proceed.

Reports will remain under seal.
