If this turns out to be an imaginary problem, I will be furious if Baez isn't arrest, fined, and disbarred on the spot! What do you all think HHJP will actually do if this is an imaginary problem?

As Casey stood to leave courtroom, I was again flabbergasted and mystified at the fact that Casey has once again TIED her blouse off at the small of her back! This was a button down shirt...NOT a blousy shirt...

I just find it curious from a psychological standpoint....WTH could she be thinking as tying shirts at the small of the back isn't really making her chest appear larger...SO WHY???

Is it accentuating her waist, making her appear (in relation to her shoulders, I guess) tiny and defenseless?

I think JB is more defending himself from the discovery violations by doing his patented "Mom! But Billy Did It TOOO WAAAAHHHHH!" defense in an effort to throw the SA under the bus and save himself.

It isn't going to fly as he cannot seem to grasp the differing natures between Primary Case and Rebuttal Case. (Hey JB they are allowed to investigate and provide proof that your witnesses lied. They can't offer any "new" opinions. They can however offer evidence that counters what you put forth. For example those "State computer experts". They are not "expert witnesses. They are LE investigators.

This is what I was so worried about yesterday. I'm glad that Judge Perry said that we will work late this evening and through the long weekend. What an incompetent lawyer. Doesn't he realize that delaying this trial and annoying the jury is NOT good for his defendant?

IMO, however long it takes for the DT to dig up some dirt on this guy. Does he cheat on his wife, or can they find someone to claim he did? Has he paid his taxes in a timely fashion? Did he smoke a little weed back in college?

Ok, so JB purposely doesn't bring up the Gentiva objections until immediately after DT rests. Then complains he can't do anything about it, because the DT rests. And then piles on more objections. Delay, delay, delay tactics from my view. It is inevitable, lets move along. JA has had enough! HHJP has had enough! Wser's have had enough! IMO

Couldn't jb have raised these issues yesterday? They could have done these arguments and deposisitions last night.. does jb think it is helping his client to delay, delay... ?

Don't know the law but I swear if I were a juror I would have to just walk out.....I could no longer take this misery (emotionally) and disruption of my life..........they have got to be so frustrated and even angry!
And it's all because of the DT!!!

Those jurors are going to be so pissed, they missed Memorial day and now will miss the 4th of July and at this rate these poor jurors might miss Labor day too.

Second set of court rules?? Where did you see this second set? I have only read ONE set of court rules that all attorneys must abide by.....

And so far, have only seen ONE attorney who seems to have trouble comprehending the legal language of those rules?

Baez getting what he wants is good for the SAO? Baez wanted a delay, he's getting one. HHJP called an indefinite recess.

How is that favourable to the SAO?

I have a feeling it is only going to be as long as it takes HHJP to read that report...and recall the jury...

Contempt charges are piling up Mr. Baez - I sure hope this part of the trial is going to be televised...

I asked about that in the Ask the lawyers thread .AZ said it could be if the media requests it. I feel certain they will :woohoo:

Baez doesn't want the trial to end. He has to face some serious matters with the judge and the bar when this is over. It's the end of the hallway for Baez too.

I sure hope JB follows thru with his threats to JB!!! Contempt and sanctions.....
