IMO there was not as much evidence in his case as there is in ICA's case. So Im pretty confident of the outcome.

I think he brought the guards in to further his theory that Casey maintains only one emotion - hence the lack of sadness after Caylee's death - that he proclaimed in opening statements.

Btw, HHJP has every opportunity to incorporate this stunt (if His Honor discovers it IS imaginary, as most of us expect) into BAEZ' PENDING CONTEMPT HEARINGS. HHJP said he would decide what to w/ JB after the trial---and I think it's hi-larious that JB is being so rude to the judge, forgetting the same judge is about a week away from deciding his professional fate. hhhahahahahahhahahahahahha JMO. JMCattyLaughter

I have been shocked at JB's disrespect to the judge at many points during the trial. The way he turns his back on HHBP when he is talking - especially when he has disagreed with JB - is not only disrespectful, but stupid. I couldn't believe when he was standing at the podium texting and reading a text while the judge was speaking to him. The man has no manners. He flies from the seat of his pants. Probably was an in-your-face street fighter type as a kid, and does not appear to be a very deep thinker. He's all mouth. (and he whines!)

I remember way back her attempt at suicide, and hearing about her brain tumor..she kept herself in the limelight by whatever means possible...and she still is not done.

Out of all the stuff they could go with as filler, they chose Krystal Holloway.

How about, oh, I don't know, maybe replaying the testimony that will be rebutted, like Dr. Spitzer going on about it being so sloppy of Dr. G to not follow standard protocol and saw off the top of the empty skull. Comic relief could be his insistence the skull contained brain dust, even though he never tested it. Apparently a forensic pathologist can eyeball a substance and declare brain dust, but a toxicologist cannot, even with access to a lab and equipment, tell the difference between organic and not organic material. How about, gasp, having someone on staff pull the reports in question and see what they say? Nope, Krystal Holloway.

She is tellimg inmates she is pregnant thinking will save her from the DP! She is tying her shirt to show the jury her "pseudo" aby bunp!
I think that's why she got a mental health eval.
