I remember way back her attempt at suicide, and hearing about her brain tumor..she kept herself in the limelight by whatever means possible...and she still is not done.

She is nothing more than a desperate attention seeker, and Lord knows she has gotten her share. I can't wait until the media moves on, but today's shows are all about HER.

If I had the energy and brainpower left....I would sleuth the old threads as IIRC her sister posted here....all about the suicide attempt etc.

One way Casey could probably get a mistrial is if she decides to say she has been having sex with JB during consultations...true or not, would the case have to be halted/adjourned if she were to file charges against him? I am only saying this due to the rumor floating around about her being pregnant. Or maybe this why they did the psych tests, who knows...
I know they are probably watched when they meet, but lots of inmates do manage to somehow end up pregnant, she would not be the first...

Did you notice in her interview with VP when he asks her how much money she loans GA, she starts to say thu and then corrects herself to about three....
I don't believe a word she says. WTH does she have to do with Caylee except to add more swamp water to obscure the truth.

I was watching Vinnie also when she was on there and the BF was at my house he said I believe her. I said well you are crazy. He said why is this married man messing around with this woman. I informed him the she was in a "married like" relationship herself so she says, so what is the difference. The BF said oh I didn't know that. Maybe she is lying, he said.
I then told him it's people like you who don't know the whole story and come at 1/2 time that drive me crazy!!!!!!!!!!!! Get the facts. :banghead:

Diane Downs did that. It is outrageous that a woman kills her children and then gets pregnant as a legal ploy. Argh.

Yeah, but didn't DD run out while she was on bail or something and practically jump on some guy to get pregnant? ICA has been in OCSO jail for three years. People have been severely disciplined for even letting her pass notes back and forth. It's a very high-profile case and LE is sensitive about all the criticism being leveled at it by the defense. I hope that nobody in the past three years has either been given access to her like that or would be so stupid and to think this would not immediately ruin their career.

Maybe it was a last ditch attempt to LOOK insane and full of "magical thinking". Good luck - she turns that on and off like a switch.

No one knows which jurors will be alternates - including the jurors. That's the way I understand it anyway.

The jurors are the only ones that don't know. We know who the alternates are. The first 12 to be seated are the original jurors.

yesterday when we got off early I rushed like a maniac and got groceries and did laundry and got all set so that I could sit and wait today.....

Just got up, and I don't expect a huge explanation, (cuz I will go back and read myself), but can someone verify if what I am 'thinking' is going on?

1. Are we in a recess because of the DT?

2. Weren't they (DT) supposed to take the depo of the Gentiva witness yesterday? Did they not do this?

3. Is the DT taking the depo now?
