When Casey forgot to shake her head:

1 - smell not from garbage, it was from Caylee
2 - Casey was given oppy to adopt drowning theory and rejected it twice (did shift in chair, but didn't shake head no)
3 - skeleton is there because that's where Casey put it (in thinker pose)
4 - facts show pre-meditated murder
5 - killed during aggravated child abuse
6 - Casey is guilty of murder in 1st degree (2 seconds later she reached for paper and half smile to JB???)
7 - Casey said George was great dad/grandfather
8 - fingers story, George is the thumb, George is not a monster (Casey mouthed "yes he is")




Defense objections:
1 - no evidence to say where chloroform came from (overruled)
2 - it's absurd - George placing tape on dead body (sustained)
3 - it's absurd (overruled)
4 - ignore all that absurdity - par 6 (overruled at this point)
5 - does any of this make sense - par 6 (overruled)
6 - bones showed evidence of animal activity was next (overruled)
7 - showing photo ? (overruled)
8 - mis-statement of the law (overruled) about pre-med or felony murder
9 - you can postulate many different - under Brooks (overruled)
10 - felony murder definition - misstmt of law (overruled)

Two through Five, BBM above, shows that Jose Baez, believes the "absurd" references are referring to him, personally, as opposed to the evidence.

I get worried whenever that computer search comes up....sort of scary

Agreed, if there's a problem with that evidence, they need to sort it out. The State could still obtain a conviction without it, in my estimation, but this could be a way of delaying an inevitable retrial if what JB is saying is true.

In all fairness, I gotta say, I do see it being more likely that she did visit MS 84 and not searched for chloroform 84 times. I mean, once you saw one or two sites about chloroform, would you really need to look THAT many more times? I just don't see it. JMO

I understand he has an obligation to his client, by law he has an obligation, but honestly we are in rebuttal closing arguments, as my 18 yr old understands and said...oh well, you had your turn yesterday.
