7/23/2010 Lisa and Hank Croslin Arrested

If Misty is unable to qualify as a youth offender because she was drug trafficking, then her attorney, Mr. Fields, needs to step up to the plate and defend his client who claims LE entrapped her into distributing pills to THEM ONLY. Misty said the UC cop contacted her on several occasions to find pills for them, so if Fields can prove Misty wasn’t selling drugs to anyone else and he has her phone records and other information he needs to prove Misty’s allegations are true, he can possibly build a strong case against LE and ultimately have her drug trafficking charges dropped. This IMO is what Fields should be busy doing on behalf of his client, disputing these charges and I suspect the reason he is beating around the bush is because he doesn’t have the strength of character and courage that's required and therefore he is only interested in avoiding a confrontation with LE in court. This is where he needs to focus his attention and if he doesn't want to accept this challenge, he should do Misty a favor and resign. JMO

O yes, I agree 100% - Prove to the court who else she sold/distributed drugs to. It is obvious to many WS members that this was a set up from the get go. And what if what Misty has said all along, "You are looking at the wrong person ..."

I am glad she is away from the drugs, prostitution, and the likes of RC.

I will have to try to get it to load again and see if I can catch it. I'm on a wireless laptop right now and it's really really bad for some videos. So frustrating! He did say that Hank worked for him or something, didn't he? Wonder what kind of work it is (if he said that.)

I looked up the address of the incident in the Putnam County appraisal records. It is registered as: CONWAY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY INC

Parcel 911 Addresses
805 Bronson St, Palatka [301] (MapQuest Map)
807 Bronson St, Palatka [301] (MapQuest Map)
809 Bronson St, Unit 1, Palatka [301] (MapQuest Map)

Maybe it's just me, but I had trouble understanding whether he said worked "for" me or "with" me. My guess is drywalling--Hank said that's all he knew how to do. I believe Hank Sr's dad also had a drywall business. I guess this Mr G could have been a supervisor at Conway's, so technically Hank worked "for" him. He probably had more seniority than Hank. JMO

wow, they won't be in the gallery for moral suppport for Tommy or Misty's court dates now. :(

somebody stop me from posting bond for them. oh I feel so badly for these two.

I'm sure it was undercover that got them in there. They were marked. It's good it's not pills...

Just send that thousand and eight to the humane society and you'll get much better results for your money.

Has the feeling passed yet? :)

Sigh. I don't understand....playing devil's advocate here.

Let's say, Hank said "hey Lisa, can you drive me to John's house so I can pick up a (insert item here)" and Lisa says yes. Hank walks in, buys crack or cocaine, gets in the car and says "he said he can't find (insert item here) and he'll call me when he can". Now, Lisa has no idea he purchased the crack/cocaine. Why was she arrested for the purchase if no money between her and the dealer was exchanged?
Like I said, I'm playing devil's advocate. She very well may have known, and planned, to buy the drugs...I don't know, I wasn't there.

Simply put.
The cars owner (driver) is 100% responsible for what is in their car.

This is why:

While Lisa Croslin did not buy the drugs, she and her husband were both arrested just down the road.

"Based on some statements she made, she knew the purchase was taking place and she actually admitted to throwing the crack cocaine out the window trying to dispose of it as officers made a traffic stop," Griffith said.

Doesn;t anyone agree that Chelsea and Timmy will run down to Satsuma to snatch up that car?

I remember a call between Dad( Hank Sr.) and Timmy where Dad said, if I get locked up Timmy, you mays well come get the car.

You know they will...It's a free car. They aren't going to just let it sit..

I think they will come down this weekend to get the car...And will stop by and visit with Mom, Dad, Sis and Bubba while they are here...

That car was involved in a drug bust, it may belong to LE now - or if in impound, the fees could be higher than it's value...

You could be right, I would imagine it is in impound. But since LP bought them the car for somewhere around $3,000, I really think Timmy and Chelsea will come to snatch it up. The impound wouldn't be more than a couple hundred dollars, and they are getting a decent car for that to run the kids to school and Timmy to work etc.

I think we will learn somewhere this weekend that Timmy and Chelsea did head to Satsuma where the aligators crawl and a little girl named Haleigh dissappeared without a trace.

Police say a house on Bronson Street in Palatka is a known drug house. Friday -- an undercover police officer posed as a drug dealer there.

Griffith said the first people who approached the house to buy drugs were Hank and Lisa Croslin.

"The man got out of the vehicle, went up, made contact with the undercover officer, bought 20 dollars worth of crack cocaine, got back in the car and they drove off," Griffith explained.

They each face charges of cocaine purchase and violation of probation stemming from previous, unrelated arrests.

Police said it seems the Croslins know where to get drugs.

Griffith said, "It would appear based on how this purchase took place, that they would have been to this house and purchased drugs before or had information that drugs were sold there."

Known drug house, these people know they are being scrutinized, yet they placed themselves in peril by just being there. I wonder if anyone of the Croslins can buy a brain...JMHO

It's time to grow up....these folks shouldn't be doing crack! Heart attack, stroke, OD is what their facing if they keep on with this chit....JMHO

Where is HaLeigh????

10 years ago the impound fees were $45.00 a day. In Fl near Orlando. They better bring some cash if they will release it to them.

Wouldn't they need some proof of ownership to pick up the car?

I'm pretty sure they would. If it's at a wrecker service there is no way they could get it out. My car was towed to a junkyard after I totaled it and they would not even let me get my personal possessions out until I showed proof it was my car.

Didn't George AND Cindy have to go to the impound lot to get the Pontiac because they were the named owners on the vehicle? I *believe* the owners of the car have to come get it, and therefore would have to sign over ownership to the kids, who would have to get a new registration and title, and then go pay the impound fees which will be way more than a couple of hundred of dollars (how much did George and Cindy owe for 14 days?).

And that is of course assuming the vehicle is not impounded by the state as part of a drug bust and taken to auction.

And I have to say being raised by drug addicted parents this family is the WORST set of drug buyers I have ever seen in my life.

Honestly, I think if Timmy was gonna show up, he already would have...to see Misty & Tommy, & to support his parents, during their arrests. He made the comment that he was scared of being arrested, if he came to town, & IMO, he should now, be even more leery. About that, Timmy's instincts seem to be right on. I remember a conversation between Tommy & Lindsey, about Timmy moving back, & Tommy seemed pretty confident that he wouldn't. I wonder what he knows about Timmy's reasons.
