BBM. Me either. The only place I've seen anything about Landscaper sexts from Terri is in posts here on WS.

What I saw in a legal document is sexual overtures and relationship concerns, with no specification of how those overtures and concerns were communicated. Coulda been by smoke signals for all we know.

Smoke signals aren't verifiable so long after the fact though. If there are no sexts or other recorded communication between the LS and TH how does Kaine's atty know that the current sexts resemble whatever happened before?

What has a lens? A camera. A telescope. A microscope. Eyeglasses. Contact lenses. And then there are projectors, magnifying glasses, binoculars. Even water droplets can act as a lens.

So many lenses from which to choose!

I suppose the choice of lenses depends on what one wants to examine or what task needs to be performed.

IMO, identifying the object of scrutiny is the first step in determining which lens to use, in order to choose the correct lens that will aid the naked eye in order to see what otherwise might not be seen.

If one selects the incorrect lens for the task at hand, the view may be skewed or blurred, or perhaps not even seen at all.

After all, it's impossible to view microbes with a telescope lens, nor can a microscope provide a view of the stars & planets.

A different lens? Yes - perhaps that is exactly what is needed - and one that's suited to the task at hand.

I know it is "he said-she said" but I recall that immediately after the unsuccessful sting attempt, there were articles indicating that, while no specific offer of money was made, the LS was under the impression he'd be "getting something" from TH. The connotation was that it was something of a sexual nature. So she must have been doing, saying, texting, or sexting SOMETHING that gave him that impression.

Well, Kaine's attorney says right in the document exactly how she knows. LE informed her.

Law enforcement has informed Petitioner's attorney that Respondent's stated personal relationship concerns and sexual overtures to Mr. Cook resemble those made to the man Respondent previously attempted to hire to murder Petitioner.

The thing is, it's not the sexts that resemble, it's the sexual overtures and relationship concerns that resemble. I haven't seen anything saying there were any sexts at all between the LS and TH. I'm waiting to see that reported by a credible source or in a court document.

Isn't it possible that someone saw the landscaper's truck and at this late point in time has mistaken it for TH's.
