Abby & Libby - The Delphi Murders - Richard Allen Arrested - #209

How can the judge deny the theory it was comitted by someone not RA, that’s wild. I do think he did it but this is seeming like a witch trial, literally someone not RA committing these murders whether he knew and worked with them to do it or he didn’t and they are completely separate is the only to me plausible explanation that a defense could argue and they’re not even allowed to do that? That’s an injustice to everyone, MOO
Because they don't just want to say that someone else could have done it, they have specific people in mind and they haven't (as yet) met the judges criteria for proving those people are viable SODDIs.

News 8’s Kyla Russell reports that Delphi Murders Special Judge Fran Gull has ruled that no testimony about Odinism during the trial of suspect Richard Allen.

Gull again denied a renewed defense requests to present testimony about Odinism, Norse paganism, and ritualistic killing. The judge also will not allow testimony about potential other suspects.
I just don’t see how anyone can think it’s fair to preclude the defense from presenting evidence of other suspects. That’s insane and puts a guilty verdict, if there is one, in jeopardy.

I really hate to see this.

It can't be a theory there has to be evidence.
Exactly. The DT cannot point the finger at me simply because my username is SouthEnd and the girls were found south of somewhere. They had three days to present evidence that their SODDIs were anywhere near the vicinity of the crime (opportunity) and they did not. IANAL but the fact that none of their SODDIs could be places anywhere near the scene by phone data or witnesses... it means the theory is a no-go.

All MOO

Genuine question. They couldn't prove that any of the SODDIs had the opportunity. Doesn't that preclude them from being named as alternative suspects? IMO they'd have a better chance pointing the finger at the photographer person, who at least was physically in the location (please, DT, if you are reading this, don't take my advice. I am only making a point.)

The states own witnesses said they saw potentially two other people that weren’t bridge guy, the muddy and bloody walking person and a younger individual, that’s literally state witnesses own testimony
And then they all pointed at the image of BG and said forget our descriptions, that was the person we saw. Back to square one, IMO.

I personally do not believe they have proved beyond a reasonable doubt that bridge guy is the killer, he could be, and probably is, to me there is reasonable doubt MOO
Yet we were not in the court room. It's highly possible there are many things that were said, or shown, or seen by the jury, that has convinced them of some important things. I do think they will be able to reach a BARD decision.

Yes, on the late morning of February 14, (going from memory about early testimony) someone walked down the ravine and discovered the bodies.
Yes, I am aware of that - that was the man who found them mr. PB. I was asking about the evening / night prior - do we know if anyone went south from the cemetery side down towards the creek? ty

Well, I bet I've grinded your gears even more by my non-legal legal-guessing posts. I'll send you an oil can later! Thanks for tolerating! I might change my info to "anything but an attorney".
Not at all. I don’t expect everyone to understand the legal ins and outs, but I do expect reporters to know what they’re talking about.

Can you point me to where witnesses said the man they saw was not the man in the photo - bridge guy?
