The door is open. Journalists have access - they are the public's eyes and ears. There are seats (though woefully limited) to the public as well. It feels like a bad game of “telephone” at times when a typo or mistake hearing something results in speculation and rabbit holes… (man? Or van? For example)
No streaming, no transcripts and just a few reporters taking notes is more veiled than transparent than I’m used to seeing- moo
I totally agree that the trial should be broadcast, but just because it isn't or that the gallery is small does not mean it is not transparent.
