I could almost believe an "accident on purpose" with the ladder being put up or with KC just leaving Caylee in the pool while she texted her buddies. The big "BUT" for me is the duct tape on the baby's face. I do not believe that duct tape would stick to wet hair or to a wet, purging face.
Also, the chloroform in the air sample has convinced me that she really used it to sedate Caylee. I think KC had been sedating Caylee for a long time and keeping her in the trunk while she attended to KC business, hence the "nanny named Zanny". She may well have switched to chloroform only recently, after her research, because she realized the tranquilizers can leave telltale signals for a pediatrician or perhaps her source dried up.
She most likely didn't know how long the chloroform would keep Caylee asleep. How would any untrained person know how much chloroform to administer, aspecially to a child? I would think it was applied to a rag and held over Caylee's little face. The trouble is, I think that that kind of inhalant, quickly loses efficacy when the rag is removed. So she duct taped her mouth, thereby assuring that Caylee could not cry out if she awoke.
Do I think that she premeditated to kill her daughter? I think this is a blatant case of depraved indifference. It's the absolute epitome of child neglect, thus Felony Murder. I can be quite satisfied with LWOP.
