I’m listening to it now- starting around 10:10, the woman speaking along with JDT- her name is Mary, I believe, and she is not the host - She is explaining why they aren’t naming the 3 friends with DNV that night. She first says they don’t want them dragged through the mud if they aren’t involved, and her second reason for not naming them is that people sometimes do
stupid and immature things when they’re young and maybe that’s all this is.
What did she mean by that? I think that’s a peculiar thing to say.

Ok back to listening now but I’d love to hear anyone’s opinion on that statement she made.

Also, who is that woman talking with the host and JDT (possibly named Mary)? I missed when they said it at the beginning and the audio doesn’t rewind.

I noticed that too. It was a strange thing to say, but, I still think they were referring to getting drugs. They are 4 responsible hardworking young adults and made this mistake that may have cost one of their lives.

She refers to the 3 that were with DV as males. Everyone here probably already knows who they are, but I don't! Were they ever mentioned by name on any broadcast or article?

Danniella was loving mother, worked very hard, good saver of money. Everything she did was with the purpose of getting daughter more often. Daughter was custody of "in-laws" for stability and insurance, until parents could take over custody (which was in the process).
She met a guy and happened to get pregnant. It was open and amicable. Open adoption that DV was comfortable with doing. Bio-father not mentioned other than that she met & got pregnant. It was not TT.
She had a car that was wrecked so went without a car for around 6months. She saved for the downpayment for this car & actually still owed a balance on the down & this is why she went straight back to work after birth.
Everyone is a suspect.
She was with TT on/off for 6+ years. He was in jail for about a month when she disappeared for "nothing major". TT says through JT that DV knew the one male server "well" and TT had met him, but didn't really know him.
Danni lost phone often so JT wasn't alarmed when DW called having her lost cell phone.
Had note put on apartment door saying JT knew where her lost cell was so call.
JT felt there was something wrong Thursday night and filed report Friday am.

"Apparently they sat there for about 20 minutes or so and he (DW) said let's go back and look there (at the previous pub)". Story given by DW to JT. When she asked why they were so far away from where they were headed, JT feels DW made up a little story about DV following him home by mistake. JT discussed that discrepancy with LE and he said DW probably told him much more than he told you (JT). She was fine with that answer.

JT says, "they do have DV and DW leaving Shell Station separately in their individual cars. They see them on surveillance and they were able to follow them for awhile and they did actually split up. He (DW) was actually headed toward where he said he was headed and and she (DV) went off in a different direction toward mid town on her own basically. She was headed to a more populated area"

She was begging LE to prove to her it was not a sex trafficking case and they did not feel it was. That is the reason for giving her the extra info of DV leaving Shell Station.

I still have not had an opportunity to listen to the interview but wanted to clarify - it was 2 males (RC & DW) and 1 female (MK). They have not been mentioned by name as LE has not stated that they are suspects.

Put down payment on the car, but still owed for it. Had been without a car for 6 months because of a wreck with her prior car.

JT is adamant Danniella didn't leave. That she was working hard to get full custody of her daughter back. Says JT and everyone is still a suspect and not sharing details with her.

JT says people even in the community say she might have been in on it, but she's not and eventually people will see. Says she's not privy to all the information, investigators are tight lipped, even to her, and building a case in case Daniella is being held somewhere, or found somewhere, or if she left on her own, though JT doesn't believe she voluntarily left.

Says the 3 are being looked at, but doesn't mean they did anything. Everyone is a suspect until we know what happened.

Says TT and D have been together 6 almost 7 yrs, have a child together. TT honestly doesn't care what others are saying, says he was in jail at the time, and had been tehre about a month, so had no way to have done anything to her, or have someone do anything to D. Doesn't dwell on what others are saying, because in the end, it'll all come out.

Says TT had met one of the friends, but doesn't think he knew the other two.

We've been told numerous times that JDT and TT have been cleared, but she states in the interview that EVERYONE is a suspect, herself included. Was there a reason behind the earlier claims that they were cleared? Did something happen to change that?

Ok- starting before the 16 min mark now- JDT talking about how she found out DNV was missing. Wed morning she got a call at 7:30 am from someone (who we know to be DW) saying that he had found a girl’s phone-he did NOT use DNV’s name- saw a pic of a child and thought he needed to let someone know.
My thoughts: how did he get JDT’s phone number? How did he know who she was and that she would be the best person to contact? Was DNV’s phone not locked? Bc JDT stated elsewhere (don’t have the link on me) that she had to give the phone
code to police.

Now get this- JDT says she told the caller (DW) where DNV worked and instructed him to drop the phone off there. At this point, JDT isn’t alarmed as she recalls thinking that DNV misplaces her phone a lot. He (DW) does not drop ithe phone off at DNV’s work as JDT had directed him to do, and instead keeps the phone and calls JDT that evening asking if she’s heard from the owner of the phone (DNV).

Why didnt he drop it off at her work like JDT instructed unless he knew she wasn’t going to show up there and that something happened or may have happened to her? Why did he pretend he didn’t know whose phone it was?

They may have, but if they disposed of the car and Danni, LE doesn't have any more than they did with DW. What if the people say yeah we sold her drugs and she drove away? Maybe they even are one or more of the many upstanding citizens booked into Mobile jail over the past month.

The only thing I think we know is DNV left Dublin's and went for some reason to the vicinity of this Shell Station and ended up at the Shell Station. She had to have gone there for a reason.

IMOO, there is a difference between what you say on a private mesage board (although I have no doubt LE is on there) and to the public. I am guessing this is also why JDT said this in the interview despite our VI previously stating JDT does have custody:

"At one point we were actually in the process of handing Cora's custody over to myself and my husband.."

"That was the process we were in actually"

I still feel like there are way too many possibilities about what happened to DNV. I have watched many videos observing behavior and listening to the nuances of affect via voice and my heart breaks for DNV. I feel like that's all I can say. :-(

This DW must be quite a shady character if he tells a story about Danni forgetting her phone, and indeed her phone was found at The Dublin, but it was all a ruse so Danni could buy pot. Does this sound reasonable? Not to me.

Why would he drop it off? If he's concerned about the fact that Danni is no where to be found, why would he leave her phone at a restaurant?

We know that she wasn't expected at work until Friday, so why would JDT think that Danni would find her phone there? Danni was going to see JDT and her daughter on Thursday, so it makes more sense to drop off the phone with JDT. In fact, it makes the most sense that JDT would arrange to meet DW to collect the phone.

Why would a woman be afraid to ask a man to meet in a coffee shop or some other public place to collect the phone?
