She seems to be more or less babbling during the interview, speaking in phrases that don't really make much sense. Maybe an interview with Danni's mother would offer some insight. Someone from Mobile media should take the time so speak to someone from Danni's family.

Just another odd aspect of this case is the lack of involvement from Danniella's mother. I don't even think she made it to Mobile once to be involved in any of the searches or vigils. All and all it looks to me that Danniella was alone in her life other than friends.

11:05 2 cars pull into Shell Station (car 1 DW and car 2 DNV)
11:07 one car leaves (car 1 DW)
11:08 another car pulls in (car 3 mystery person)
11:24 both cars leave
That gives someone 16 minutes to disable the gps tracker on DNV's car

There is just no way that you can't see people out of the car(s) or make out how many people were there and generally what they are doing in the surveillance video. Oh I wish they would release it!!

Also JDT isn't DNV's mother in law. DNV and TT were not married (thank goodness), I know we had some discussion months ago about "well it's easier" (which was also JDT's justification for going by mother in law when she was finally called out on it) but I just don't want to give JDT that title that she so badly wanted to portray for the media early on. Ex-boyfriend's mom or JDT or baby's grandmother? JMO

The video cameras in question are very old models ... maybe 320 X 240 resolution, and being a night I'm not sure much could have been seen. You most certainly would be able to see cars moving in and out but I am not 100% sure that you would be able to see people very well.

Wait a minute, did someone mention early on that she might have been so drunk that she drove into the water? I know that was discussed here, but now I'm curious about who first made the suggestion.

It was mentioned early on but I cannot remember by who. I think some locals thought that even though there was some water close by, none would have been deep enough. Also I recall it being discussed that she followed DW home and managed to drive into water near his house but then it was determined she might have to drive through folks yards to get in the water. All this is by my memory. I would have to go back at the previous thread to confirm and then hope it was not in the thread that was shut down.

Also I am sure you remember the VI posted that a "visionary" (not sure how to phrase this without using the proper term and violating TOS) told JDT Danni was in water somewhere.

I remember that too - exploring where her friend lived and whether he put Danni and her car in the water in his backyard. At the same time, we knew that he was waiting for her with her phone at the pub, and she vanished at the Shell station, so it didn't really add up that she was with him after the Shell station.

Did LE ever give us an idea when we would get more information? I remember when the car was discovered they mentioned they would update us with details such as clothing if it matched Daniellas description but I haven’t heard a thing. You’d think we’d at least know that by now.

Some of us may need a memory refresher: According to DNV's friend, he believed her to be driving right behind him when he left the Shell station to return to Dublin's to look for her phone. After he retrieved the phone from Dublin's, where did he go?

He went to Ollie's after retrieving DNV's phone- arrived between 11:30-12
Then he dropped his rental car off around 1 am we don't know who went with him to drop it off IIRC

It was never stated by the other individuals that he showed up at Ollie's later that evening. I am trying to find the correspondence but if I remember correctly it was stated that they did not see him.

If my memory is correct, he went back to wherever they had been eating/drinking, and was given the phone by a bartender, after someone had returned it inside, from being found in the parking lot.....moo

July17 - Approx 11:00 - Is reportedly following DW (riving his rental)south on 90 when she flashes her lights to pull over (this is in the opposite direction of Ollie's)
July17 - 11:05PM - Both cars on video at Shell Station
July17 - around 11PM last GPS location and activity on phone at Shell Station, after this there is no further activity. GPS is disabled.
July17 -11:07PM - One car leaves
July17 - 11:08PM - Another car pulls in both cars stay parked
July17 - 11:24PM - Both cars leave
July17 - Approx 11:45pm DW returns to Dublin's to retrieve Danni's phone

Facts as we know them:
1. DW was the last person known to see Danni
2. DW's story is inconsistent and has changed
3. DW had a rental car that night <modsnipped no link to verify>
4. LE has Danni's phone, which was found at Dublin's
5. Danni's apartment was searched
6. Danni's car was newly purchased with paper tags (no plates)
7. MK and RC are silent since
8. Danni's daughter is fine and with JDT
9.There was a LoJack tracking device on Danni's car that was tracked to the shell station. References to a GPS ping refer to the LoJack device on her car NOT, her phone. The last ping was at the Shell.
10. Danni's phone is confirmed to have been retrieved from Dublin's by DW and is now in LE possession.
11. LE have CCTV of the gas station showing Danni together with DW and Danni with another car
12. TT was in rehab the night Danni disappeared.
13. LE state they have no evidence of homicide, however the case is being handled by homicide.
14. A large amount of cash was found in Danni's apartment along with a recent list of life goals.
15. Danni does not have a history of drug abuse, and was successfully employed at the time of her disappearance.

Yes, if I am remembering correctly, MK (one of the folks out with Danni) indicated she did not see him in a text conversation but then I believe she stated she did. All conversations pertaining to who saw DW that evening at Ollies came from JDT and the VI.
