If you notice on the above document, Laura Buchanan’s signature at the bottom of page 1—she had written over the date she signed this, IMO, orignally 8/3/08—changed to 9/3/08…but LB was never at Suburban, she was at Blanchard Park…JMHO


She also lists her street address for Carlisle Kentucky...I wonder if she has family there...she has herself employed by Dept fish, as she wrote it...Clearly she is inserting herself where she shouldn't. I think this may come back to haunt her for it appears as if she's got a fraudulent document, which is being investigated...JMHO

I don't know what number search I was on, but it was the really big one, with the staging area in an industrial area.

Someone asked if it may have been in aphabetical order, my last name starts with S and I got called early afternoon on the first day.

I don't know if that helps at all.

with the first search, the command center was set up in the back parking lot of the holiday inn......from what you are saying, they are just making random calls.....there is no order in any of this.....MO

The Defense Witness List of August 29, 2010 shows Laura B's address in Mendham, NJ - and how IRONIC that she lives on "Ironia" !!! :biggrin:

Her Affidavit signed 10/24/09 which the Defense attached to a Motion, she "declares" that she lives in Mendham, NJ.

I have always put my cell number down. IIRC the form requests the cell number.

Late Thursday morning, Eyewitness News received a statement from Casey Anthony's mother. In an email, she blasts the bounty hunter who helped get Casey released on bond and the organizer of the search organization.

"Leonard Padilla and Tim Miller came to me under false pretenses. Both claiming their sole purpose to find Caylee alive. Tim Miller misrepresented his intentions, and is falsely accusing me of not cooperating with him, when it is evident his motives were to obtain publicity for his organization at the expense of exploiting my granddaughters disappearance. Tim Miller tried to discredit Kid Finders Network by falsely stating that they tried to pull out of the search for Caylee. Mr. Miller also claims that he spent twelve hours in my home with my family including Casey, when in fact he spent only a few hours total with me and minutes with Casey. This is an example of Tim Miller following in Leonard Padillas footsteps. Although I feel his organization has a purpose, his misrepresentation has tainted the efforts of so many people with good intentions. I would have expected Tim Miller to speak with me one on one, rather than me hearing him on Nancy Grace."

Thank you so much, Kathy. I got frustrated trying to find an example so I quit looking. I guess there are multiple forms that they could be using then as their source documents for the calls.

We searched in Nov. The 2nd search. We went to Goldenrod and Hoffner, searched a electrical easement. I believe this is were GA was seen standing gazing off into the woods. Then after lunch we went over by the Moss Park area. Apparently this is where KC's phone pinged at one time. We checked out with our team leader right there when we were finished. We didn't have to go back where TES had set up.

If I don't recognize the phone number that comes across my cell I won't answer it. If it's important they will leave a message. So...I've had nothing. I'm not worried about it. I believe too, there is more to this than what we know.

I sat here for days while Tropical Storm Fay dumped water on us and it took weeks for it to recede. So if they say the area was under water, then I believe them. I have pictures of Lake Jessup, where they were afraid KC put Caylee. I have never in my life seen a lake that large overflow like it did.

I think she's a tad bit ungrateful for one thing. For another, I guess she forgets who got her daughter out of jail in the first place,

In the second place, who (in their right mind) would WANT to speak with Cindy one on one. She's rude, nasty, and a liar. I have a few other choice descriptive words for her, but I don't want to get banned.

Forgive me but...It is bad enough the press has all those other names up there for people to now sleuth and destroy their privacy and their lives without it being reposted here.

No offense, just saying I think it creates problems.

Isn't this what Mr. NeJame and Mr. Miller have fought so valiantly to avoid?

Just because their names are on that sheet does not automatically make them States witness.

I do realize they may be in the future but as yet, to my knowledge, they are not.

Just my own opinion on the posting of full names whether or not they are in the press.

I suppose that whether or not they are posted here the trolls will do their best to destroy these people anyway.

Yes, these people who searched with Laura B. are definitely on the State Witness List. (along with the name of several other TES searchers)
The official document which was filed by the State on Aug 31, 2010 - "Supplemental State Witness List", and which is a public document available to anyone who requests it, lists the witnesses names, and full address (which was not posted here). No other sleuthing on these State witnesses was posted here.

It's just so sad knowing what the trolls are capable of and will do in their effort to create reasonable doubt.

Yes, I do believe this case forever changes the face of SAR, in FL at least.

I do believe that many who would otherwise volunteer now will not.

It's not like they found anything. If they found something I could understand it. Everybody knows that if you find something or someone you are sure to end up in the legal process that ensues.

I guess I just figure they could have resolved this issue some other way...in camera...something...without revealing the names of innocent people with hearts of gold.

All of the TES searchers on the State Witness List have something to offer towards finding justice for Caylee. If they are called to testify, it will be because they witnessed some important matter, whether to prove the remains site was under water, or to prove they searched with Laura B. at a particular area, on a day when Laura B. says she searched the remains area, or to testify to witnessing TES documents, etc..

Many of these TES searchers have already been interviewed and their Transcripts have been released.
