ThinkTank,
I see that the list is compiled and maintained by Muzikman and yourself. (Bookmarked) :)
Thank you both for the time, effort and dedication it takes to keep it all updated.

Yes, I agree with your post above about everybody bringing something of value to the table.

It still saddens me to see how many innocent people have been dragged into this mess.

Was considering Joy Wray's statement about the trail from the A house to the remains discovery site. Looked at the satellite image of the area on Google Earth. Not sure when that picture was taken and it is difficult to see details, but it doesn't look like it would be impossible to walk to the site from behind the A house.

Anyone?

I think it would be possible to walk from behind the A's house to the site. However, there is a fence all around the A's back yard, and no gate that exits to the back. And you might run into lots of water at the time of year that Caylee was placed there.
Do you have a link for Joy Wray's statement? I'd like to read it again. Thanks

Just had a private investigator come to my door, because of the answers I gave during the phone call.
That was fast.

The defense has to act fast, they have a deadline of adding new witnesses by the end of the month.

Didn't think I really would get follow up call let alone someone come to the door.

Okay I am dying to know what they asked you and who showed up at your door. That is crazy, I guess the taxpayers of Florida will be getting a HUGE investigator bill now.

Really??

I thought the Defense had to submit a Motion to Judge Perry explaining why further information is necessary and obtain a Order granting further contact with the TES searchers?

Hi nums. This sure was fast wasn't it? This must mean that HHJP reviewed fla*mom's response to the phone call and approved further contact by Casey's defense team? Or am I misunderstanding what the rules were? Certainly the defense team wouldn't break these rules, would they?

FLA Mom and Any Other Volunteer who may be reading this thread.....

I can completely understand your apprehension after being contacted by the defense and hope this will help to ease your concerns....

In regards to this Record Review and Judge Perry's order,

TES is under Court Order

TES Monitor is under Court Order

Magistrate is under Court Order

Defense Team is under Court Order with Stipulations

The volunteers are NOT UNDER COURT ORDER

Any conversation they may engage in with a member of the defense team is strictly voluntary. Judge Perry did NOT issue any orders that stated any contacted volunteer MUST submit to the questioning of the defense, regardless of how the defense team may want to imply this.....

I think it is also important to point out that this is not a "free for all" for the defense. In corresponding with someone last night who is very well versed on this court order, after the Review is completed, there is yet another step that must be implemented before the defense can start contacting (harassing?) volunteers or sending investigators to their front door.

Once they have a compiled list (standing now at 50) of volunteers who "searched Suburban", it must be submitted to Judge Perry for his review and determination of which volunteers he feels could be relevant to the actual remains site, and will then order the release of additional records from TES.

At this point, any contact with a defense member or investigator will be completely at YOUR DISCRETION.

If and only if the defense is eventually able to secure a subpoena for deposition will you lose the right to speak or not, and I think JP will have stringent stipulations before agreeing to that.

I suspect just providing an answer that you searched Suburban Drive in general is not going to pass the inspection of Judge Perry.

I admire and thank you for your honesty yesterday when contacted by the defense. It spoke volumes in the quest of Justice for Caylee. If JP were to release additional information allowing the defense to further investigate, it will be at YOUR discretion as to whether you volunteer to meet with the defense. If you choose to do so, I would advise you answer honestly, to the best of your recollection, and with as short of answers as possible. No need to justify yourself and possibly give the defense something to twist.

Hope this helps somewhat. I completely understand how easy it is to get caught up in fear when you are surrounded by the manipulation of the defense using the media to imply that THEY have all the control and power right now.

It is simply not true (imo).

BBM

I wonder if the Defense has obtained an order from Judge Perry which allowed them to send an Investigator over to fla*mom's home.

It was about 45 minutes ago, there was a knock at the door and there was this older man standing there. I thought he was selling something. He asked if I was me. and I said yes. He then said he was a private investigator for the defense team of Casey Anthony. I let him in because i have nothing to hide and to tell the truth I was curious what he was going to say. He asked if I knew why he was there and I said yes, because of the answers I gave during the phone call.

I don't want to lose this so I will post it bits sorry

That is my concern, too. If HHJP ordered it already, it sure was fast and silent, huh?

He asked what date I searched and was it with TES. End of August and yes it was with TES. He wanted to show me three pictures of Suburban Drive all ariels one from a farther distance, the others got closer to the actual area Caylee was found. From the first picture I pointed out where I was at. It was actually where the picture ended. The woods behind the school was not on the picture. It stopped at the gate. So he didn't have to show me any more pictues.

Hello EU !

Per letter D, in the order, the defense cane proceed without judicial approval based on the answers given on the phone:

He did keep asking about water in the area. He kept asking if I saw water on Suburban Drive. Now my answer is no to did I see water ON Suburban Drive the road. No, standing water to run a car through. He kept asking a few ways the same question. Finally I had to say. This is what I saw and can say is the truth to what I saw. No water on the actual road. I could NOT see into the woods and tell if there was water or not. I can't even say I looked over there more than to notice there were woods there. We were driving to our next search location.

The defense did not have to obtain an order or permission from HHJP, they are just not allowed to disclose anything. It's outlined in letter D of the order linked in the my above post.
