This young women needs help..her family should step in and try to help her..if she allows them to do that.

I'm sure this is the dilemma of the family right now - Britney won't allow it. I'm just worried about those 2 little boys. Kevin doesn't really want full custody from what I've read.

The Associated Press has already written Britney's obituary, just in case:

Don't freak out too bad, this is common practice in 'newspaperland' for 'at risk' people (elderly, sick, Britney-behavior).

Wow. You are right though, the major news corps do it too, including CNN.

I have just seen the WORST pics of Britney ever. WARNING if you go to this link, it WILL gross you out. You really only need to know she is NOT prego, but her situation is still bad. Unbelievable. Not one girlfriend around, not a female member of her family. She has no one anymore.

Edited: That link is just too nasty, if anyone wants to see it, it's at x17online.

Dude. Every time you think she's reached a new low, there's another one. She doesn't even take care of herself anymore. She's in serious danger IMO. That's just nuts.

Humm couldn't she have been arrested right then and there for indecent exposure? I mean, she doesn't appear to have on anything other than a shirt and jacket.

(Why would someone take a picture like that?)

Poor Britney - nobody's home for sure.

Someone needs to get this situation under control. But it's another cautionary tale about a child-star who was never allowed to be a kid, but at the same time had all the control in the family because she was "special." That's a good way to raise a Narcissist, and now no one is there to put the brakes on.

Her poor kids - those sweet babies do not deserve this.

I just really feel so sad for her :( Really I do. It breaks my heart to see that once where there was a vibrant sweet girl, now there is nothing. I really wish that the paps would just leave her alone, because she isn't very long for this world. She has tried to cry out for help, even if she herself hasn't noticed...she really has. And all she gets is more S#!T like she is a sideshow.
There is nothing left for her...Bless her heart.

Dr. Phil taped a statement during a show that he regrets speaking to the press after seeing BS in the hospital. It is further noted in the article that he went to see her as "a friend." McGraw told USA Today that he visited Spears as "a friend and ally of the family," not as a psychologist. (He is not licensed in California, notes the paper.)

I looked at the tape and photos mentioned by CarpeDiem-I think the fishbowl that woman lives in is unbearable. It is completely unfair for her to be stalked and harassed like that....the sharks taking the photos and making video tape of her are just waiting to come across her bloody corpse some day...not unlike Princess Di. I have no idea who would be able to maintain their sanity faced with that kind of constant scrutiny, and she was not wrapped too tightly to begin with. I am officially signing off from this vigil...

Pffftttt, puhleeze. If he had visited her as a friend and ally of the family he wouldn't have been advertising his show about her as soon as he left the hospital door.

It's time to get real, Dr. Phil!

Talk about hitting rock bottom... If this isn't a 'wake-up call' to Brit and her family nothing could be!

 (I wonder when the AP wrote Anna Nicole's obit.) Maybe if they publicized it more often when they write a prepared obit it would shake some sense into the living human for whom it is written!)

Have 2 days really gone by without anything weird happening w/Brit?!

Is there a restraining order against Adnan or not? Enquiring minds want to know:
http://www.tmz.com/2008/01/20/adnan-restrainig-order-is-news-to-me/

**sigh**
Nope...she was out last night WITHOUT her pants again.
:bang: The story is on the people.com site news.
Britney Spears has a new accessory to go with her pink wig: a British accent.

In the last several weeks, Spears, 26, has been videotaped numerous times trading her Louisiana twang for U.K. inflections.

"She had the English accent thing going the whole time" while shopping at Kitson last Thursday, according to a source. "It didn't stop."

Even when angry, the accent appears. On an L.A. shopping trip to Macy's on Jan. 13, she screamed at the paparazzi, "Get out of my G------ face!"

Maybe she has this:
University Of Central Florida Clinic Diagnoses Rare Foreign Accent Syndrome

ScienceDaily (Nov. 19, 2003) — ORLANDO -- A University of Central Florida speech expert has diagnosed an extremely rare disorder in a Sarasota woman that caused her to speak with a British accent after she suffered a stroke

Off Topic: Do you think this would explain what happened to Kathleen Turner's voice? Seemed like right in the middle of her career her voice totally change and I can't remember there ever being an explanation to go with it. Lot's of people noticed and commented about it. This fits. Hmmm.

Maybe Britney has some sort of acting role that she's trying out for or actually got and is practicing a British accent.
