"After Amy left her room, she was seen near the disco with Douglas on ship security footage at approximately 6 AM.*A witness wouldsubsequently claim to have seen Douglas hand Bradley a dark drink, possibly coffee. Other witnesses saw Douglas leaving the area by himself, but Amy was never seen again."

I've followed this case for quite some time and thought it was common knowledge that she was seen around 6:00 am with Yellow by an eyewitness. This article claims she was observed on a security camera as well. That's new for me if true.

Falling overboard seems to be the least likely scenario if true.

Is it generally accepted as being fact or probable? Seems likely to me. Other sources for this alleged sighting?

Ranker isn’t a trusted news source.

SF sighting was taken very serious by the FBI as they created sketches of the handlers. Anything is possible. Yes it would be high risk to bring her back to the states, however when there is high reward risks are taken.

FBI hasnt brought up those sightings since they were first reported and you can no longer find any evidence of those sightings on any FBI material now.

Even in the latest disappeared episode (I read a transcript), the FBI agent didn’t mention any eyewitness sightings.

I cannot see Amy walking out against her will. If she were drugged and appeared to be drunk or incapacitated , that doesnt make sense to drag a sick (drugged) looking-drunk, person off a ship. NO one noticed any huge containers leaving (?)

IF she were back in the US wouldnt they have changed her hair color and otherwise changed her appearance since her face was on TV? IDK what to think.

Her dad saw her on the balcony at 5:30 ish. Why would she leave after having been out drinking so late?

The balcony rail sounds high, so she'd have to climb on a chair or table to even lean over the rail.... for whatever reason.

I dont want to doubt the dad, but was he very sure he saw her? I just cant figure out why she'd leave the cabin at that hour after having just gotten in (?) Did the dad hear her or see her actually come in or just see her asleep on the balcony? Why wasn't she in her bed?

Were cell phones readily owned/available at that time?

She would have screamed “I am a US citizen kidapped by these men”. And ran for it...

Other official reports of her being sighted with Yellow around 6:00 am.

Per Vanished show Ron saw her at 5:30 am on the balcony. Around 20 minutes later she wasn't there. Lines up with someone seeing Amy with Yellow after she left the room.

Found this on Vanished episode. Skip to 1:45. Two college age girls saw Amy with Yellow at 5:45 am after Ron saw her on the balcony at 5:30 am.

https://youtu.be/P6VnCGfQdpw

Seems fairly conclude she didn't go overboard from the balcony.

Unless there was a body double look alike who happened to be with Yellow that morning.

IVA BRADLEY, AMY BRADLEY'S MOTHER: The last time that someone saw Amy was approximately 5:45 a.m. the morning of the 24th. She was seen by two college-age girls that were aboard the ship. They saw her going up toward the disco with the bass player of the band that was on the ship. Fifteen minutes later he came out by himself and Amy didn't come out. The ship was at dock at 6:00 a.m. and so we know that where we were -- we know who she was with, and that was the last time that she was seen aboard the ship.

VAN SUSTEREN: Which then, of course, raises the question -- let me go to you, Ron. The bass player, the last person to see her, what does he say? What does he recall about seeing your daughter?

RON BRADLEY, AMY BRADLEY'S FATHER: He has said that he went back into his cabin at a certain time and you know, he was in his cabin until about 8:00 when the security person woke him. But the doors -- the way the lock link system works on those ships, he could have very easily left his cabin and left the door a chocked or had his -- someone else that was in the cabin let him, it wouldn't have registered on the computer. So they really don't know what time he went out or what time he came in.

VAN SUSTEREN: Is there anything funny or shady about the bass player? I mean is there suspicion cast in his direction?

RON BRADLEY: Well, from the reports of other people that had been on the same cruise with him, he, you know, seems to be kind of a womanizer and hitting on a lot of women and trying to force himself upon them. And so, he's a very suspicious character.

When the FBI interviewed him on the ship, after the interview was concluded he came out laughing and giving a thumbs-up to all his buddies in the waiting area.

No, it is quite obvious at this point that Amy did not go overboard. She made it off that ship. Not a doubt in my mind.

I am going with occams razor on this one. And occams razor says she made it off that ship alive.

All of the official press releases say she was last seen on the balcony by her father.

The rest are unverified eyewitness sightings.

“She was last seen by her father, Ronald Bradley, on the balcony at about 4:30 a.m. last Tuesday. She was dozing on a deck chair with the balcony's sliding glass door closed, he said.”

https://www.joc.com/maritime-news/cruise-line-ends-search-missing-passenger_19980331.html

“ Brad Bradley said he and his sister sat on the suite's balcony and talked before he went to sleep. He said he last saw Amy sitting in a lounge chair on the balcony.”

Thanks. This pretty much seals the deal for me. She did not fall overboard from her balcony.

One could argue sightings are often mistaken yadda yadda yadda but when two college age girls run up to the family stating they saw Amy with Yellow at that time it's very compelling. Add all the other sightings from Barbados, Curacao, and SF and one has to think it is much more likely she was kidnapped than any other theory.

Why would the FBI spend money and manpower on recently created age progression photos of Amy, if they believed she went overboard?

The family ran up to the girls and a hysterical Iva demanded to know if they saw more.

A pleading of a prompt by a frantic mother forcing the girls to give her what she wanted. It is tenuous at best:

“Friday March 26th,1998 - 3AM
Sometime later that night, probably around 3AM, I took another walk to stretch my legs. It was not unusual for me to work all night and sleep during the day. While I was standing on the 8th deck, my deck, looking over the large center atrium of the boat, I witnessed 2 young girls, probably around 19 or 20 years old, walk toward the stern of the boat on the starboard side. Minutes later a young man ran from where the women had walked toward the bow of the boat.
Soon, a woman with blonde hair and another gentleman and at least one man from Royal Caribean began to congregate on what may have been the 6th deck across from where I was standing. They began to question the 2 young girls. It was around this time time that it became obvious to me that the people I was watching was the family of the missing girl.

I was curious as to why this meeting was taking place in the middle of the night and being wide awake I decided to eavesdrop to find out what I could. Apparently the 2 girls had seen Amy Bradley, the missing girl, during the early morning hours of the day she vanished. They were trying to find out anything and everything that the two girls had seen.
What I witnessed was the older woman was immensly distraught. I over heard her saying, “please, think very carfully did you see anything else? Are you sure you didn’t hear anything else, are you sure you didn’t see anything else.” The poor women was so frantic I just remember everyone trying to get her to calm down and be cool. Later I found out her name was Iva Bradley.
After seeing the frantic nature of the woman it kind of “put the humanity” on the story for me...”

Chris Fenwicks account also independently supports the report of the 2 college aged girls.

At this point, if one were to believe Amy went overboard, they would also have to believe numerous people totally fabricated their witness reports. That is so unlikely, it is laughable.

The FBI cold case agent has made it clear that FBI stays on a case until a resolution.

Maybe Fenwick didn’t hear the part about Yellow. The girls might have already discussed Yellow before Fenwick started eavesdropping. JMO

IMO it seems fairly clear she was seen with Yellow after her father saw her on the balcony. No suicide or no accidental fall overboard IMO.

How would Yellow or others have gotten her off the ship? I've heard a lot of theories. What seems most probable?

Also note in all of those official “last sighted” the time most given is 5:00 am,
Not 5:30.

I don’t know where or how that might make a difference— just wanted to point that out.
