This "he may have done something inadvertently" stuff is rubbish. If, for example, my sister kills her child and uses duct tape. I live in the same house, finish off the roll of duct tape and throw it out without having any idea that it has any relevance to the case....there is no way they will prosecute if it's done inadvertently or unintentionally, unless they believe otherwise.

Just what the attorney said, though I am still holding on by a fingernail to the belief Lee didn't do a coverup. It's probably because I would like to think at least one person in this family gave a sh*t. However, just one piece of evidence I consider concrete, and he's lost me.

I voted no...I think the GP's and LA have all tried to cover KC's a## any was possible. I think LA knows the most. I also think at this time LE already has something on all three, but might be waiting for the right time to bring charges. I don't trust any of them, and LA the least. Their whole lives have been about covering for KC and her lies. Don't let anyone know how awful things really are...and Caylee paid the ultimate price.

If provided FULL immunity, they will SAFELY spill. Although, I would like to see the parameters of that Immunity offering. I am sure they would too before they say anything. Their decision to talk would be based on how the Immunity is worded...will it exclude their tampering with evidence? They can talk all they want but it won't change anything if they can be charged with this portion of the crime on Caylee. Geesh, who wants to go to jail when offered a chance to "come clean" without any retribution. They all know their daughter is guilty as sin.....common sense....plus they did live with her. This will be their only hope of washing themselves clean of the horrible injustice they have served on their sweet granddaughter.

Further, George's e-pass receipt shows he was out of the house, yet he never mentioned it.

I have seen this mentioned a couple of times now and just want to clarify that his epass records have no activity for either vehicle on June 16th. He does go through a toll on July 16th, but not June 16th.

I don't buy his story about the 16th either, btw.

I have never believed the story or the 16th either. The first time I heard GA say it, my "gut" told me he was either out and out lying, or stretching the truth. By "stretching the truth" I mean that he may have seen Caylee and KC leave around 1 am on the 16th, while he was watching the NEWS after he got home from work, so extending it 12 hours would be no big deal to CA and she told him to make it pm, not am. Remember, she was the one who was screaming that LE didn't pick up KC's car for TWO days when in fact in was secured at KC's arrest on the afternoon of the 16th and towed away the next morning, the 17th. In ALand, this equals 2 days and I will venture to say that in ALand, the 16th is the 16th, so the time can be fudged and they aren't really, really, lying.

I agree that LA is in this a lot more than we know but will hopefully find out.

This next comment isn't meant for just you but a lot of people on this board.

I don't think it's very easy to say what you'd do if your daughter was responsible for the death of your granddaughter. I don't know if the A's believe this was an accident or pre-meditated but I'd guess they think it's an accident because I'm sure that's what KC told them and no parent wants to believe their child is a murderer especially of their own daughter.

I think a lot of people saying they'd do the right thing would actually become protective of their child. It would be a heart wrenching situation to be in but I doubt many here would let their child get the death penalty without some serious soul searching and I think a lot more here would do what the A's are doing for KC.

It's easy to say my child would never do something like this but the A's didn't think their daughter would have ever been capable of doing this. NG even said she understands the A's trying to protect KC because it's what she'd do and a lot of her guests agreed.

Does it bug me they're doing it. A lot but if it were my kid????:waitasec:

I have a child who has a child. If this situation occurred (Heaven forfend) I would like to say that I would do the right thing. But I have to admit I would be hard pushed on what the right thing was.

Would I try to implicate others, wave hammers, and hoses? Nope!

Would I ask for money and surround myself with shadey characters? No!

But now comes the hard part. If I found damning evidence against my child would I run directly to LE with it or would I sit down shut up and hope they didn't come across it? I wish I knew the answer.

In this motion, the state argues that substantial licensing fees have been paid for pictures and video of Caylee taken while she was alive. That is why prosecutors want the judge to place special restrictions on digitized images of the remains before they hand them over to attorney Jose Baez and his defense team.

One can assume the Anthony family since nobody seems to work anymore. I think the lawyer and some of the experts are getting a taste. There is a florida statute I have seen regarding a defense attorney not being able to do a case for payment on contingency like this. I think Baez is in trouble and the Anthony family is scrambling for immunity in the case so they can continue to profit. The DA is now catching on and motioning the court to prevent the sale of the autopsy and x-rays by the lawyer and the family.

I have two guesses as to why the A's are seeking immunity:
1)The clothes that Caylee was wearing in the Fathers Day Video were found at the scene (which means the A's told mistruths about seeing her the morning of the 16th)
2)Something that KC bought later was found at the scene and LE has the receipt - JCP receipt maybe - receipt CA didn't want to turn over to LE

I don't know, what I can't help thinking is.. if the A's get immunity is George (or Cindy I suppose, but I seriously doubt she would say it even with immunity so she'd make "poor George" say it) going to say he killed Caylee as a means to get Casey out of facing murder charges.
