I just stumbled upon this Namus case from May of this year:

The following news article is obviously the same case; the subject was found in the passenger's seat of a vehicle belonging to another man who suffered a gunshot wound (I'm assuming this UID was shot as well, though the article is unclear):

I was just about to ask if that was a gunshot wound around his eyebrow. After reading this in full I will assume that it is a gunshot wound.

This case might be related? It's from somewhat earlier in the year, but the missing person is described as wearing a gray hoodie, and the proportions (5'5, 130lb) are similar.
This person might be worth considering since his proportions are correct and he's described as having pierced ears.
Neither have pictures available unfortunately.
I'm not entirely sure if Mynor Mez Aal, the person suggested in OP, is a good match. The circumstances and body type do match, but in the photo on his page, you can clearly see that his ears are unpierced.

unsure if anyone submitted the brother but the photo has been added and he does loosely resemble the UID.

I found a possible (?) match for this John Doe. No Websleuths article for him. I'll make one after I write up this post. Mariano Butz, listed a runaway, went missing from Fort Smith, Arkansas on March 14, 2019. He went missing 2 hours and 21 minutes away and I think it's safe to assume he could get there and stayed alive until 2021. People get around. I would do a side by side but all we have is a morgue photo so I'm not sure if I can do that. I will post Mariano's photo here. Bad quality, I know but he does resemble the Doe in it.

Weight and height would be issues as he weighed more and was shorter but her was still growing up so he could have grown an inch by the time he died and considering he would likely have less food as a runaway, he would lose weight. Here is a table.
