Did you see the coasters " Words To Live By"? Van wants 2 sets. Here's the description:

"Words to Live By Coasters (Set of 4)

All I can say is: Too bad they don't have these coaster styles in " Words To Live By":

"Thou shalt not steal".
"Thou shalt not commit adultry".
"Thou shalt not KILL"

I was just going to post about the coasters when I saw your post, SJ!

One passage is a variation of "let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth."

Another is "love is patient, love is kind, it always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres, never fails."

I don't really know what to say. I think that Vanessa can plaster the entire house with religious quotes; it won't change Raven. We all know that it's only lip service with him. More pretending for appearances.

Both of the above passages seem so ironic to me considering all that's happened and all we know.

I'm done worrying about Vanessa. I have some advice though V-nay, watch your daughter very closely.

Never let your guard down when it comes to YOUR DAUGHTER. Daycare is a good place for her, I would think LONG and hard about allowing that much alone time with Raven and his immediate family members with your daughter.

You say her dad was not a good person, yet you are bringing yourself into a situation that's already doomed from the get-go.

You owe it your daughter to keep her safe. If you notice any signs of abuse get her out of there.

I do remember the info regarding Hawaii and seeing the pics. It seems that Jim Bolton is a good guy and I'm sure he would advise Raven to follow the law. But I know someone who investigates for a different branch of the licensing department and people fail to disclose former crimes all the time. Pretty much any crime is required to be disclosed on the licensing application. I don't know if they care so much about former convictions/whatever unless they're not disclosed.

My friend who has seen him recently has previously (though not lately) had contact with his mother and says there aren't words to describe her.

If I recall correctly, most registries allow you the option to have gift cards show up at the bottom of your registry. I think it is a yes/no selection they made. Having gift cards on the registry makes sense to me.

She really should take your advice and not ever leave her daughter alone with Raven or ANY of his male blood relatives. That is all I can say, but there is WAY more to this story!!!

Well let's see her son is tacky, con-artist, conniving, cheater, liar, thief, crude, rude, controlling, demanding all traits that anyone that knows both Karen and Raven can tell you they both share. They both share bad parenting skills, and hopefully she doesn't share the one skill her son has that some day should land him here :behindbar.

Ya know...that message on their wedding site..."GET OVER IT GUYS & IT'S OVER...has been bugging me. What is over? We know she isn't referring to the wedding because it didn't happen yet or her and Raven because they are still together so what is the IT in her statement? Any suggestions?

I'm going to be optimistic and guess that it's for one of Raven's many siblings' children, probably headed into the early toddler age, as this is more of a toddler toy. His huge family pops those babies out like crazy, you know.
