I was thinking about the older children as well .... someone must be helping out.
Toni Blundell, from Charnwood, Canberra, was just 16 when she announced she was engaged with Mr Holdom on Facebook in July 2012. Police are reportedly treating her as a witness, but not a suspect, in their investigation.
@from germany
When the suitcase was found I'm sure Detective Bray said there were more clothes in the suitcase but they wouldn't be announcing them at that stage.
Also, he was looking for someone who had removed something from the suitcase that was important to the investigation I thought how would he know something was removed....this is the first person/s to look in the the suitcase and who he is still looking for. I'm thinking they may have DNA from something in the suitcase. Sorry, I don't know how to link....MOO
MOO
I can picture them all wearing hard hats :laughing:

Some little ones just don't like shoes and won't wear them, unless really forced to do so.
I am going for broke and state here and now, I don't think that Ms Passmore is in any sense of the word assisting the police in their enquiries.... certainly not on a voluntary basis. I think she is being questioned, slowly ,thoroughly, and with a certain degree of scepticism by Detectives involved in the matter of both Karlie and Khandalyce.
I just don't see this series of attendances at the police station as events reassuring of Ms Passmore's innocence.
Force them! My children wore shoes outside of the house. They knew to wear shoes.
There's too much glass & rubbish that'll hurt their feet.
An earlier report said that Ms Passmore and Jamie M have 7 children between them. It appears likely that the younger child who is with them is his child with Ms Passmore and the older child who is with them is probably her child with DJH, the one who survived the accident. Unless Ms Passmore has had another child since 2008, the other 5 children are probably the children of Jamie M and one or more previous partners. The mothers of those children are probably taking care of them but might not be prepared to take care of children who are not their own.
One of my kids hates shoes, went through a phase when she'd scream the place down when I forced her to. I'm sure that would be just *lovely* for that family under the circumstances, with the press camped outside their house. It'd probably get police rushing through the door thinking they were slaughtering them all.
This thread is beginning to make me feel sorry for HP even though she almost certainly has committed Centrelink fraud and may possibly have been an accessory to murder.<modsnip>
