Erin Patterson will go down in history as one of Australia's worst mass murderers!

Erin Patterson found guilty of murdering three in-laws with death cap mushrooms in beef Wellington

Exactly, what a nasty piece of work she is..!

She was confident in taking the witness box, and being questioned by a hostile barrister, tried not to faze her one bit, and she thought she would show that jury a thing or two..!
and they would believe in her..!!

Well, they didn't.!!

Great work by Dr Rogers, who I thought was a brilliant prosecutor. She was across everything..!
I agree in that I thought Dr. Rodgers was absolutely brilliant. IMO

As in the past, more than once I find myself in the minority again.

We will see... All those other times the minority view turned out to be correct.

It would be very handy to be able to join in the attack, but I just can't, sorry.
I have more than a few doubts.

SAD

You never explained to us your view though in a way that was evidence based.

You only talked about your "true beliefs" and "true Opinion" with no detail.

You also never respond to our questions on this either.

Tim Watson-Munro, psychologist reporting on channel 9: not surprised by verdict, and is chatting.
Generally a psychological evaluation is made for trial: but he doesn't know, if one was followed
Photo of EP during trial is often reported.
Just saw the detective who arrested her, BUT he didn't comment.
BET he is pleased, as JUSTICE had been served.

Those poor kids. Why oh why would you do this.

Actually, I think we have to wait for the appeal filing which she will most definitely file, IMO. I think they have 28 days.
I think its just until sentencing? The first post in the thread says appeals aren't under subjudice as they're judge-only, and judges don't need to be protected from the opinions of the unwashed masses apparently.

technically she is not a mass murderer as 3 people died and not the 4 required by the Australian Institute of Criminology.

Channel 9 coverage is better than the ABC.

I was listening to Bill Lawry.

Gone! Got her! Pi55 off, you're out in...

Colin Mandy leaves the Court, stony faced, saying nothing.

12 people didn't share your doubts & I think you need to respect that.

RIP Don, Gail & Heather & Ian who has gone thru soooo much

💔💔💔💔

Erin taking the stand was the nail in her coffin, she just thought she was so much smarter than everyone, but at the end of the day she is just another murderer x 3 & attempted x 1

Just look at what she has put her 2 kids thru

She’s a triple murderer. Not like it’s some sort of achievement.

Not that it matters. What mattered were the victims and their families. IMO

Honestly I'm relieved, was starting to worry she's be found not guilty. She clearly poisoned her in-laws on purpose. She's a clear danger to society and needs to be in jail for the rest of her life.

Thank you to all of the like minded members on this forum, for all of your posts and intelligent discussion regarding this case.

We have seen the right outcome today from the jury, who have found Erin Patterson guilty of murdering her three in-laws with death cap mushrooms.

Erin Patterson, convicted triple murderer. Amen.

They said this photo was taken when she was in the back of a prison van last week sometime.

I am quite certain that if she were found not guilty, she would continue with the poisoning, hoping to eventually get Simon and anyone else she didn't like

Thank god for today's guilty verdict
