I hope she is OK, odd she wasn't there if she wasn't.I read that Dr Rogers wasn't there for the verdict, too. But that her team was.
imo

imo
And her own. And her sister.that we know of
who knows what she attempted to do to his parents over the years ...
Erin likes to get her revenge physically apparently,
I was going to say, but then I thought of the stalking and harrassing, so I dont know if that's quite so.
God, I read about this today. Was that to do with a podcast about Kelly Lane? Apparently Erin helped finance it and it was a massive flop.Thank you
I do feel sorry for her friends on one hand, because they were groomed by a psychopath, IMO. However, I also don't because they acted as her flying monkeys to harass people and I have no tolerance for that type of bullying.
I honestly think some of them can't face she is guilty because it would mean having to face their own narcissism thinking they were fooled, which would mean narcissistic collapse. Either way, I don't really care, and wish them all karma for what they have inflicted on other people.
She was planning on killing 5 at that lunch ..!
I'm sure her main regret, aside from getting caught, is that her main target, her estranged husband Simon, never showed up for his poisoned Wellington.
And was confident she would get away with it
She has traits of being a sociopath/psychopath
Both lack empathy and concern for others
But psychopaths are more likely to engage in violence without thought about its consequences or the harm it brings to others
Psychopaths often engage in criminal, cruel, or socially irresponsible behavior, including lying, stealing, or being violent or abusive toward others.
Because psychopaths have no empathy for a person’s needs or rights, they also feel no remorse, even when their actions harm others.
These combined traits and deficits mean that psychopaths are likely to engage in crime, violence, abusive behavior, and additional forms of cruel or dangerous behavior
My feeling is that she would have continued with the poisoning if she had been let off
Whether in drinks or food, to anyone who crossed her, including Simon.

All the more reason to keep her locked up, IMO.I don’t mean to be insensitive here. But I really cringe at her as a prisoner having ‘mental health concerns’ when she’s caused grief for generations of people and an entire town. I honestly think it’s a joke
they probably need to 'get a grip on life' first.I wonder why they can't have socks with grips.
What irks me is that her barrister was permitted to argue that there was no motive. I really believe that part of not admitting the other evidence should have included an order that motive not be an issue raised by either party.Knowing what we know now (via the Daily Mail link), Judge Beale was very aware of what he was dealing with in terms of Erin's likely guilt (not how the jury would find, but in his own mind given the pre-trial stuff that was excluded).
You'd reckon he felt the juror had to go, to prevent the defence having it up their sleeve to use as grounds for an appeal down the track.
Beale knew he had to dot every i, and he certainly did that.
Yes. They were actively trying to be '"peacemakers" and look where it got them. Those texts from Gail and Don are so sad. They only wanted to do right by Simon and the kids and seem like lovely and genuine people.
What a disgusting piece of work she is.Yes. They were actively trying to be '"peacemakers" and look where it got them.
Erin's bald faced lies about her having cancer were met with compassion by the peacemakers.
Their first instinct was to pray for her, and ask for God's help for her recovery and for help for the children to be able to deal with that difficult situation.
All the while, Erin accepted their love and attention, soaking it up, knowing they had eaten her deadly meal and they were not long for this world. She was probably gloating and proud of herself. Like she had WON.
Oh My Lord, she wants her barrister to inform the court that his client is demanding that she is allowed to have her quilt and fave pillow in her jail cell?Known as a quilt in the US and Canada.
THIS^^^^ is what she is demanding for her jail cell? LOL. I wonder how she is going to like her new digs after sentencing?"doona" is commonly known as a duvet or quilt

She may work primarily in Melbourne, and couldn’t get back to Morwell (which takes about 1 hr 40 - 2 hour’s drive from Melbourne) within like the 30 minutes notice that was given for a 2:15pm verdict?I hope she is OK, odd she wasn't there if she wasn't.
chilling. profiler on murder down under said that with death caps 6-8 hours pass with no symptoms. no body disposal required when the victims all go to their own homes.
These issues about an alleged clean past and no motive when motive is indicated from past events charged but denied into evidence by the court, put to the jury by highly-skilled defence barristers, had the potential to insert invalid doubts in juror's minds, and cause a miscarriage of justice for the victims, and the potential acquittal of highly dangerous individuals back into society.
The female FBI profiler on this show is so good.If you’re living in Australia there’ll be a Channel 9 documentary on the case at 7:30 AEST about 19 minutes from now

A third former colleague said during her time at Air Services, Erin would call into the air traffic control centre pretending to be another worker and say they were sick.
They thought it was part of a plan Erin had to pick up lucrative shifts covering the sick leave of others.
Another remembers Erin giggling in a corner of the room when a confused air traffic controller was being quizzed by her bosses, who asked: "Why are you here? Didn't you call in sick?"
They suspect Erin was behind a phone call to the bosses earlier that day, as a prank.
