So possible cams but not as likely as the servo or traffic cam being referenced.

This is the view of the BMX track from Lillian cres and johanna blvd showing the lay of the land and also the fencing situation and a gate at the back.

The Images are from 2015 so Im not sure how built up it is now.

Perhaps I worded that wrong. I stated that DV against TB 'should be considered likely' based on verified information. I.e the magistrate ruling. TBs defence would have made a case that she was the victim of DV for him to state this in the bail hearing.

What I don't understand about this though is that if TB was throwing JW under the bus for the weapons charges (which it appears she has since he was charged pretty quickly afterwards) and has mentioned DV in her bail hearing - why on earth wouldn't she go further and roll on JW for the entire PB case

She might be now but I don't think she was back then. If she was an eye witness and she gave her account I am sure the arrests would have happened more quickly.

I'm going to swap the JW and TB around in your theory @scepticalscotty

A) JW was driving the vehicle. TB was in the front passenger seat and PB in the back

It is totally possible that TB was driving her own car that day. Seems more logical to me she is driving her own car.

And JW in the back seat

CCTV captured all 3 ; Pheobe alive at one point in time. For my thinking PB would be in the front seat for police to ascertain she was alive.

But think about it, she had to present like nothing happened, they made the choice to cover it up so she was committed at that time, and if they did manage to get away with it, I can imagine she would continue to throw her weight around like Judy Moran without a care in the world. IMOO

I guess I struggle to believe she rolled on JW yet it still took police over a week and two separate searches to find PB.

I guess it's possible that the reason they went to the second search area is because she gave them information that it was "mirrored" to the first.

The detective was straight out asked whether either of them had given information about her location but Im also not naive enough to believe that police are always answering these questions factually especially if it could hinder their investigation.

There are so many different scenarios I guess to consider - I would like to think that TB grew somewhat of a conscious and has assisted police but I also think she may be too scared to do that until she was sure JW was locked up.

Im not sure about anyone else, but I just realised in my own situation for example, if Im going somewhere alone, Ill drive my car (obviously). But if my partner and I are going somewhere together in my car, he drives.
It could just be my personal subconsciously patriarchally conditioned mind allowing it and not something everyone experiences, but does anyone else do that by default?

I think this is possible, but I am still leaning towards TB being the main perpetrator based on her failure to roll on JW. With no body being found for almost three weeks, it would be plausible to assume both parties would have been offered a level of immunity if either party turned on the other and revealed the details and location. From the onset, TB has remained relatively silent through the entire investigation. Conversely, JW has plastered social media with declarations of innocence and given media interviews. This could be interpreted either way. Time will tell.

Its been a while, but I'm sure I had friends that were "emancipated" at 16 and didnt actually need a parent or guardian to receive their Centrelink or other payments.
Can anyone confirm if an official guardian is actually required to receive payments on behalf of individuals over the age of 16 currently?
