So how and when could he have used her phone to interfere with the investigation? We know of two timepoints that her phone was or possibly used:

1. KNOWN - on the way to the airport for the boyfriend call

2. POSSIBLE - some suggestion the phone was accessed via Facebook late one evening - I cannot remember the date but from memory it was the evening JW was first interviewed & before she was found) - assumptions included Police accessing her socials, or the family finding the phone via Life 360 (seemed off as some time after she went missing, to 'remember' to check Life 360) - but could it be Kieren Daniel Mittelheuser?

People pass away in hospital beds, does it mean they throw away the hospital bed or burn down the room?

“Kieren Daniel Mittelheuser, 30, did not appear as his matter was heard by phone Wednesday at the Bundaberg Magistrates Court following his arrest Tuesday night, one day after the teenager was laid to rest by family and friends.

Mr Mittelheuser has been charged with two counts of accessory after the fact to murder, one count of failure to appear in accordance with undertaking and one breach of bail condition.

He is also facing charges of driving while disqualified, fraud and drug possession

During the brief mention of his case Wednesday his lawyer asked for a brief of evidence, which was expected to take about six weeks to produce.

Mr Mittelheuser’s case was adjourned until Monday August 25, where he will be required to appear by video.”

IMOO I am still convinced that Pheobe was harmed at the house. When the neighbors reported hearing loud screams at 5am . That would give them plenty of time to come up with a plan and get help before the drive to the airport. They tried to make it look like they dropped Pheobe off. " 3 people were in the car and no one exited the car" ??? Maybe the third person was KM?

The news articles haven’t actually stated that he is being held on remand. However, the mention of him requiring to appear via video for his next court date makes me think he is being held on remand.
