Just now !
Surely they’ve had that for months !
This is most likely the 'final' post-mortem report, when the results of all the necessary testings are in, and the post-mortem report is 'finished and done'. The prosecutors have had preliminary report, but this is what they need to continue with the case.
I checked how long it takes to get the final forensic post-mortem report in Sweden and Finland, and it says 3 - 6 months, so I don't think it seems a too long time in this case.

OT: Sometimes it can take months for the final post-mortem report even in an 'ordinary, non-suspicious' death, if there's some tests needed. I once worked at a pathology department at a hospital, and it could take ages before a report was finally filed and done.

I can’t access this, is there anything more than just they received the report?

It says that the case has been adjourned until 23rd March - to give James Wood's defence time to review the report and make decisions.

Also, James Wood won't be required to appear at the next court date.

Who would know Marg.

IMO - once a dog, always a dog ! But I don’t want to judge prematurely.

I will say that personally I would be happier if these matters were dealt with much quicker through the courts. The current situation must be a huge drain on $ resources, and I wonder why. Note I say this in consideration of ALL involved parties ).

Have we not appointed adequate numbers of judges / magistrates etc ?

Do we not have enough court rooms ?

Do we allow too much ‘ prep time ‘ eg. After various delays for various reasons, I was stunned to hear that after all this time they had to postpone because of waiting on a post-mortem report !

Do we have a staff shortage in that area ?

Are staff shortages due to a lack of adequate employment, or to a lack of suitably qualified people from which to employ ?

Or is it simply that our justice system is so lax that people have no fear of committing any level of crime, and at times some even may feel more ‘supported’ In than Out - leading to a ‘demand’ across the board from policing > that is not able to be met.

It bothers me, but I’ll put my soapbox away 😊

Grieving mum of tragic teen Pheobe Bishop 'takes back her identity' with powerful photo

The mother of tragic teenager Pheobe Bishop has lashed out at Queensland's court system, claiming her daughter's alleged killers have more rights than she does.

'We are now dealing with a court system where criminals are protected and we as Phee's family have NO rights,' she wrote on social media.

Another outburst was posted as the caption for a bizarre black and white professional fashion-type shot of herself. “
