idk the correct terminology, but isn’t there two offences of interfering with a corpse listed under that one title.

so maybe you would automatically get charged with both?

Bombshell development in the disappearance of teenager Pheobe Bishop - as her flatmates are charged with murder despite cops admitting there is still one big mystery​

“Police arrested the 17-year-old's housemates, James Wood, 34, and Tanika Bromley, 33, in Bundaberg on Thursday night.

The pair have since been charged with one count each of murder and two counts each of interfering with a corpse.

Pheobe's remains are yet to be located, three weeks after she vanished without trace.

'Detectives continue to investigate this matter, and physical searches will continue as needed as information is provided,' the police statement read.

Pheobe's mum Kylie Johnson issued a heartbreaking post shortly after she received the update from police on Thursday night.

'Our world has just been shattered into the most horrific place I’ve ever been,' she wrote.

I need my baby home to put her to rest! I’m absolutely begging anyone that knows anything to come forward.”

IMO she was killed in the house. They moved her to somewhere near the airport, making the fake call to look as if she had indeed headed to the airport. Then they realised a problem with this plan and went and relocated her a second time.

Obv whatever happened to PB was not some planned out event and happened fairly spontaneously so they were acting in panic then realised the error and removed her. Where did they put her though? Somewhere they believed to be safe and undiscoverable.

If QPS took the cadaver dogs out to Goodnight scrub, I suspect they took PB out there and then relocated her. It's a fairly isolated part of the world with dense bushland, so not an easy task.

If JW made those claims last to the media, he must know that LE are onto him, but he's most likely going to remain silent, and maybe TB doesn't know the second location. MOO

"Police have conducted several enquiries during their investigations, including multiple searches of Good Night Scrub National Park, forensic examinations of a Gin Gin property and vehicle.
They have been charged with one count each of murder and two counts each of interfering with a corpse."

Previously, "Police say some key materials 'may have been moved prior to police arrival' at GNNP

They are saying here that both of them interfered with a corpse, after they murdered her.

They disposed of her. Then they went back and collected her and took her somewhere else.

They had 2 days grace before police declared the house and car crime scenes.

The soil on the car would have also matched the soil at GNNP and a dozen other matches yet to be made public and maybe wont be.

The base line is, 2 feral murderers, NO ONE ELSE< murdered a 17 year old girl and spent the next few weeks making up MANURE and claiming PB was nothing more than a volatile thief who no one could control.

2 Murderers who decided that her life was not worth as much as their own.
Disgusting lying criminals whose criminal background can finally be told by the media so everyone can actually see for themselves what they are like.

Sparing a thought to Pheobes siblings and her boyfriend tonight, along with their families.

RIP Pheobe Bishop. Your life was so much more than what you received.

Given the charges, I'm thinking she was murdered at the house and the interference charges pertain to the dropkicks removing the body from the house.

I'm really struggling with how close she got to finally getting out of that environment only to have it end like this. Just... excruciatingly close.

It’s just so hard to get your (my) head around 2 persons murdering a teenage girl, and neither of them trying to stop whatever was happening, but instead they both participated in killing her…
